Pros:

Hotel was clean, room was large and they played movies on a screen over the pool in the evenings which was cool. Close to lots of restaurants bars, super easy to get around. Breakfast in the morning was great with heaps of options. Very comfortable stay.

I accidentally made an error with my booking and booked dates incorrectly. Staff were so, so kind and patient in helping me sort it out

Nice stay, great value for money in old town

Cons:

Hotel could do a little more for entertainment. The only options even when busier are swimming pool with movie nights, but needs provide some more entertainment options. Especially when the hotel offers hostel-like dorms. Needs to have hostel-like entertainment / activity options.

Buono per il prezzo
Pros:

Posizione buona per visitare anche a piedi la città. Colazione buona, cinema é una buona idea e particolare.

Cons:

Lo staff della reception non ha soddisfatto una richiesta palesemente fattibile, abbiamo chiesto la sera prima se era possibile farci trovare pronto qualcosa della colazione per il giorno dopo prima dell'orario di apertura visto che avevamo delle escursioni, ma la richiesta ci é stata negata. Ovviamente non esigevamo che ci venissero cucinate delle uova al momento, ma per esempio bastava prendere un muffin (che sono sicuramente preparati prima dell'orario di apertura), un bicchiere di succo o anche solo una bottiglietta d'acqua e portarli in reception. Poca elasticità mentale, bastava veramente poco visto che abbiamo oagato 3 colazioni e abbiamo usufruito di una sola.

Aulan henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone kävi nukkumiseen mutta muuten ei.

Cons:

Aamupala oli huono, mehut maistui esanssilta. Valikoima suopea. Uima-altaan sijoittelu oli huono, tuntui että olisi katseiden alla.
