Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und bietet damit eine angenehme Auszeit vom Trubel Bangkoks. Die Khao San Road ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und Restaurants sowie kleine Geschäfte befinden sich direkt um die Ecke.
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und das Bett äußerst bequem. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, und der Pool im Innenhof war ein echtes Highlight.
Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Leinwand über dem Pool, auf der abends Filme gezeigt werden. Nachts im Pool zu schwimmen und dabei einen Film zu schauen, war eine außergewöhnlich schöne Atmosphäre und für uns das absolute Highlight des Aufenthalts.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in und Check-out verliefen problemlos. Auch das Frühstück hat uns mit seiner guten Auswahl und Qualität überzeugt.
Für uns stimmt hier einfach alles: tolle Lage, moderne und saubere Zimmer, freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück und eine besondere Atmosphäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the staff messaged me on social media filtering it with me and keep insisting if I was staying there, he even told me my room number,and absolutely stalker, I was really worried and I blocked him, that is absolutely out of order and I was worried about my wellbeing, being in another country and an absolute cringe telling you your room number, I was worried he would enter my room or something, he was young-ish , darker skin-ish, slim and dark hair if that helps, but you shouldn't allow this to happen as hotel has confidentiality and that was really concerning
I didn't want to mark the stay as very low as the rest was great but if you are in dating apps and you work there , that doesn't mean give you any right to stalk one of your guests at all, that's absolutely disgusting and scary, as soon as he was asking me if I was staying in that hotel I was concerned but when he told me my room number I was absolutely scared as if he would try to do something, I was even thinking to call the police but again being in a different country you neger know what could end up like

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was possibly the best we’ve had. The water pressure was great which really makes a difference on hair washing day. It was big. The shower door was sealed well so there wasn’t a single leak which kept the bathroom floor dry at all times. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge range but good enough. It had an egg station. Salt water pool. Quiet area but not too far from the main area. Some restaurants and cafes nearby along with a 7/11. Staff were friendly. If you arrive early or leave late, they have a shower you can use if needed which is quite handy if you have a late flight back home.
The tv didn’t really have any movie channels or anything so had to watch movies from our devices. The sink is outside of the bathroom which could be annoying for some and the lighting over the vanity isn’t very good which I know would annoy some for putting on make up or guys trying to shave.

every night there was a movie, we didnt watched it but we take a look while waiting the taxi it was nice

The rooms weren't very clean, especially the floors, greasy & dirty, we had 2 rooms in one the hot water didn't work.

Hotel was clean, room was large and they played movies on a screen over the pool in the evenings which was cool. Close to lots of restaurants bars, super easy to get around. Breakfast in the morning was great with heaps of options. Very comfortable stay.
I accidentally made an error with my booking and booked dates incorrectly. Staff were so, so kind and patient in helping me sort it out
