Pros:

The a/c did not work in our room, we were relocated to another room with two queen beds, (that were very uncomfortable with two) we wanted a room with king bed and a large shower.
Im sure our stay would have been much better if we could have stayed in the room we booked.

Cons:

Everyone was very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, great location and great breakfast!
Pros:

Beds are super comfy! Breakfast was great! Located next door to a really good pizza restaurant. Pool is small, but worked for a quick cool down after being in the hot weather.

Cons:

No roll away beds or pull out couches available in the 2 queen bed room.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is very convenient to Cincinnati. The rooms were comfortable as they had a small fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and clean shower. We could get new towels upon request, so it made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to the front end attendants who took care of us!!

Clean room and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was a convenient location and easy to get in and out of from the interstate. We were only there for one night.

Awesome and peaceful
Pros:

Very courteous staff and they even extended our stay for 3 hours as our flights got delayed. So we dint have to roam around without room.
Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Good location, clean room, pleasant employees.

Cons:

Needed a fan in the bathroom, a nightlight would help.
Needed a clock.
The breakfast coffee despenser ran out of coffee. Had to ask the front desk to check with the kitchen help to refill. Ran out of oatmeal. Coffee cup lids would be helpful.
