המעלית לא עבדה לפעמים, ארוחת הבוקר מאוד בסיסית, היה לנו בעיה במרפסת, אבל עשו הכל כדיע לתקן, לא היה מקום בחדר אוכל, אבל הם בהתרחבות יפיפיה.

Pros:

Отель невероятно красивый, как будто живешь в музее, но при этом номер очень уютный и есть все необходимое. Разнообразные завтраки, прекрасное местоположение в центре старого города, недалеко от набережной, заботливый персонал, WiFi хорошо работал. У нас в номере был еще чудесный балкончик. В общем, все создано для прекрасного отдыха.

Cons:

Наверное единственный минус для тех, кто плохо засыпает - даже с закрытыми окнами ночью очень слышно улицу, а улица достаточно оживленная.

Amazing and helpfull staff, exceptional breakfast, cleanliness, and a great location. The room was as expected. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The only minor downsides were:
1. The room did not have a fridge or a safe. The staff kindly stored our food in their fridge, but it was sometimes a bit inconvenient to ask for it each time we needed it.
2. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., which is a bit late in my opinion. Occasionally, you may also need to wait for some dishes to be refilled.
However, these were only minor inconveniences - the hotel is excellent overall.
