Pros:

Very modern rooms, spacious and comfortable beds.
Nice left luggage office and helpful staff.

Cons:

Very noisy location right in front of a slamming door. Woken up several times.
Only got a sorry as a compensation.

Price way too high for enduring this type of disturbance.

Staff too few at check-in = waiting times.

Virtual cards not accepted for payment.

Disappointing and disruptive
Pros:

Good location and shower

Cons:

No separate bathroom as it was joined to the bedroom.
Air con kept coming on every hour waking us up despite turning the air con off. Reported it 3 times to staff during late night/early hours of the morning (1am, 2am and 3am), staff stated that they would lock the system and maintenance was supposed to start at 6am to sort out the issue but the issued continued right up until we checked out. This issue severely disrupted our sleep. Would not stay here again based on this experience.

Waited over an hour past check in to get in room. Room was very expensive for what it was. Breakfast was disappointing really dry and not value for money.

Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città. Camera accogliente e pulita, personale gentile.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata in camera nonostante venisse spenta si riattivava in automatico dopo qualche tempo.
