It was a combination of business and pleasure
Pros:

The property was nice enough but nothing special to justify the significant cost difference versus the Ramada Inn two doors up. I paid a much higher price to stay at Hotel indigo expecting it to be nicer, not lesser than Ramada. We will be spending the rest of our trip at the Ramada and will cost us $500 less.

Cons:

The price is ridiculous in relation to two other hotels near by and that are just as nice or nicer. I won’t be staying here again unless the prices become more in line with the other places

Amazing costumer service!
Pros:

The text notifications worked amazing for me to communicate with the front desk. My aircon was broken and they had someone come fix it within the hour! Really love the customer service.

Probably wouldn't choose again
Pros:

Not a great location for walking and exploring, but it was close to La Guardia and met our needs.

Great place to stay near La Guardia
Pros:

Excellent location with so many great restaurants in close walking distance. The room was bright, clean, comfortable and roomy with a very comfortable bed. Bright clean roomy bathroom too.

Cons:

The only lower point was the water pressure in the shower - not terrible, but not definitely great.
