Antiguo, todo limpio, su ubicación excelente,
La señal en las habitaciones es muy mala, no hay TV en las habitaciones
La limpieza, la tranquilidad del lugar. A pesar de estar muy cerca al parque y de que es una zona concurrida, es silencioso y perfecto si lo que quieres es alejarte un poco del ruido. La habitación es amplia y fresca, con una bonita vista, la cama super cómoda. El lugar se conserva con un estilo muy colonial, y eso me encanta. Tienen varias opciones de desayuno, el jardín es precioso. El lugar está super cerca al parque y la iglesia. Es perfecto para salir, conocer, pasear y poder ir a descansar en cualquier momento del día.
No es un punto negativo en mi opinión personal porque disfruto el agua fría pero para algunos puede ser un problema. No hay agua caliente: El agua estuvo perfecta en el día ya que puede hacer calor, pero en la noche la temperatura baja y el agua se siente bastante fría.

La habitación se siente caliente y creo que hace falta un ventilador ya que se sentía calor y para dormir fue incómodo

El desayuno muy rico todo muy bien servido y fresco, la ubicación excelente de fácil acceso para conocer e ir de compras, adicional la Señora Sandra nos colaboró en información de restaurantes y sitios. Algo muy bueno del hotel la tranquilidad,se descansa muy bien.
Algo q se les sale de las manos como el fallo de luz claro q fuimos afortunados y no se demoró mucho, el internet si muy malo la conexión, claro q al parecer fue en general.
El desayuno era sencillo, pero muy rico. Dan escoger entre arepa, tamal o caldo y lo acompañan de huevos al gusto, café, té o chocolate. Incluye jugo de naranja y frutas de temporada.

Great Location, great service and comfortable accommodations! If you’re unfamiliar with traveling here, keep the following in mind: 1. it is cash pay when you arrive, your payment on Booking isn’t paying the hotel just reserving it, so you will need the full amount in Colombian Pesos (no cards accepted) 2. if you’re a foreigner, they will need a copy of your passport and entry stamp into the country. We were unaware of these things and they provided a mild inconvenience when checking in, however, the owner went above and beyond the help find a solution for both these things. The service we received was truly extraordinary! The town is a local treasure and should absolutely be on everyone’s bucket list!
Beautiful property. Traditional colonial house with many original features. Nice mix of adornments throughput. Some pleasant peaceful green spaces. Great central location.
Poor attention from the staff. A bank transfer was requested before arrival despite reserving with a credit card. Wouldn't allow credit card payment of the final bill. Warning signs on what you could do and couldn't do throughout the hotel. Waited 1 hour for breakfast despite being asked the previous day when we wanted it. Noisy from street and guests outside bedroom door. Hot water only lasted 3 minutes on both occasions I showered. Understaffed. A shame so poorly run. No front door bell everyone has to knock.
