Pros:

Kiva pieni resort jossa on hyvä ravintola ja spa. Huone persoonallinen ja tilava. Kiva terassialue.

Cons:

Huoneemme sijaitsi span ja saunojen ylöpuolella ja oli todella kuuma. Ilmastoiti oli heikkotehoinen ja sängyt turhan kovat makuumme.

Nice stay affected by an incident
Pros:

The apartment was beautiful and stylish. The staff were generally friendly. Spa was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an incident during the second night when the fire alarm suddenly went off at 3:00 a.m. while we were asleep. We woke up in panic, checked for fire or smoke, but there was nothing. Reception told us that everything was fine, so we went back to bed.

When we asked about it again at check-out, the receptionist simply repeated that everything was fine. Even after I explained how unsettling the experience had been, he showed little interest and didn't even apologise. Instead, he immediately asked whether we wanted to pay for breakfast.

The apartment itself was great, but a simple explanation and a sincere apology would have made a big difference.

Pros:

Although we experienced one misunderstanding, the staff handled the situation very professionally, so they deserve a "10" for that. The breakfast was good, and the spa was small but cute. The location is great, Pärnu beach is very close and also the main street with the cafes.

Perfekt boende för barnfamilj nära stranden
Pros:

Väldigt fina rum, poolerna var fina/fräscha och både vi och våra barn tyckte om dem, nära stranden. Personalen var extremt trevlig och det fanns minibar på rummet och en kuddmeny. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter (mot extra kostnad) utanför hotellet men det är bra att komma i god tid. Lekrum i lobbyn. Uteplatsen är fin om man bara vill stanna på hotellet.

Cons:

Lite tråkig utsikt från vårt rum mot parkeringen men det fanns en uteplats mot innergården också så det gjorde inget. Perfekt för oss som barnfamilj som var lite avsides i huset.
