A comfortable convenient location
Pros:

This was our first stay here. It was a comfortable stay, very close to the station which was very handy. Breakfast was also great.

Cons:

The room faced the train station so if you have your room window open it can be noisy

A convenient hotel, how certain reception staff need to improve their customer service skills
Pros:

Our second stay at this hotel - we returned as we loved the convenience of how close it is to the station

Cons:

There was a VERY RUDE gentleman working on reception. It is a shame as he ruined our experience of the hotel after returning back for a second time. I want to be clear other staff were friendly, including a younger gentleman who works on reception and provided a very helpful check in. The gentleman I am referring to was slightly older, taller and not sure if a manager. We went to reception to ask some simple questions about check out, he did not understand English very well (which was not an issue) but visibly became aggressive towards us and a clear attitude regardless of language differences. He should do better and not be on reception talking to international guests if he is going to provide such a poor service. For us, this ruined our perception of the hotel service

Perfect for what I needed. Couple of night stay over for business, away from central Tokyo.
Pros:

Easy check in/out. Great 'Ofuro' on the 20F. Quiet - no disturbances (room was at the end of a corridor).

Cons:

Lifts can be busy in a morning but usually out before the rush.

Goed ontbijt, veel keuze!
Bed lag lekker en niet te hard, 2 soorten kussens op de kamer.
Schoon en goede kracht waterstraal douche

Cons:

Kamer klein en badkamer klein. Niet handig ingedeeld. In de badkamer heb je maar 1 kraan voor de wastafel en douche.
Airco staat op de laagste stand al redelijk hard.
