Staff was great and everything was perfect.
Pros:

The hotel manager/concierge (Midori) was more than willing to assist and did much more than most on short notice. Just unexpected and so helpful.

Pros:

The hotel functions very smoothly despite its large size. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is excellent, and essential in the Bangkok heat.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be better - traffic an construction noises reach as high as the 30th floor.

Convenient and lovely stay!
Pros:

Location. Close to great shopping areas and convenient. Breakfast is great too.

Cons:

My second time here and both times the check in took too long. At least 30 minutes. Also had some miscommunication which wasted even more time.

i did my family trip to BKK and stayed at Amari, hotel is nice and near to where we are going.
