Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Bangkok. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Ac not cooling. Made several complaints even to the manager. Very difficult to explain to the staff they don’t understand what you are trying to say. Paid for extra bed but they didn’t provide.

Pros:

Overall, it was a good choice for a short stay in Bangkok. Central location, close to many shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus.

Pros:

The public areas including the pool and the gym are nice, the breakfast was good, the staff were efficient. However , the rooms look old and overall the hotel does not feel 5 stars - for this price i think you can find much better places

Cons:

The rooms do not meet the standard of 5 star hotel and require renovation especially bathroom.
There is constructions around the hotel that cause very bad traffic to get to the hotel

فندق Amari Bangkok من أجمل الفنادق التي أقمنا فيها خلال رحلتنا. الفندق راقٍ وجميل، والاستقبال كان متعاونًا جدًا ومتفهمًا لطلباتنا. طلبنا تغيير الغرف بحيث تكون قريبة من بعضها، وقام الطاقم بالسعي لتوفير غرفة أقرب من الغرف التي كانت محجوزة لنا، وهذا يعكس اهتمامهم براحة النزلاء.
عند دخولنا الغرف تفاجأنا بلفتة جميلة جدًا من إدارة الفندق، حيث قاموا بوضع كعكتين بمناسبة عيد ميلاد ابنيّ، بالإضافة إلى كتابة عبارات تهنئة على المرايا. كانت مفاجأة رائعة وأسعدتنا كثيرًا كعائلة.
كما طلبنا تأخير تسجيل الخروج، فوافقوا مشكورين على منحنا نصف ساعة إضافية، وكانت كافية جدًا لأداء الصلاة قبل مغادرة الفندق والتوجه للسفر.
الفطور كان ممتازًا ومتنوعًا، ومن الأمور التي أعجبتنا وجود قوائم وخيارات حلال متعددة، وهذا كان مهمًا ومريحًا جدًا لنا كعائلة.
الطاقم مميز، الغرف مريحة وراقية، وموقع الفندق ممتاز جدًا، قريب من المتاجر والمولات، وسهل الوصول منه إلى منطقة سيام سواء بالسيارة أو حتى بالمشي.
تجربة جميلة جدًا، وأنصح بالفندق للعائلات ولمن يبحث عن موقع ممتاز، خدمة راقية، وفطور متنوع بخيارات حلال في بانكوك.

We weren't told that children under 12 don't get their own bed but stay in parents" bed. They offered an extra bed in certain fee, but this was too late to start organizing this.

الموظفين النظام الاستقبال الافطار الاجنحة ممتاز

Cons:

عنده مشكلة خارج عن ارادته و هي الوصول للفندق عند طريق التاكسي صعب بسبب اعمال الطريق اللي امامه و مسبب زحمه خانقه و كذلك في ازعاج اعمال بناء سكني من الجهة الشرقية اذا صارت غرفتك من عندها بتزعجك قليلا

Disappointing stay due to delays and poor service
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful and inviting. It made a good first impression

Cons:

Check-in was very disappointing. We waited over 2 hours beyond the official check-in time for our second room, with no compensation. I had requested connecting rooms more than 2 months in advance because I was traveling with children, but this request was ignored. We booked two rooms; one was ready on arrival, while the second was delayed. The staff promised to bring the key once it was ready, but despite calling twice, no one came, so I had to collect it from the lobby myself. The room service food was not tasty and was poor value for the price. The hotel is also in a very crowded area with heavy traffic, making it inconvenient to reach by taxi. Overall, the service did not meet the standards expected.

Cons:

We reached after 2pm and they refunded to give the room & asked to collect the keys at 3pm.
