Extremely loud, small room, no effective blackout curtains, only outside restaurant even in the rain and wind, expensive food with little choices, would be at most a 3 star hotel.

Location was excellent. Furnishings were very nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
I purchased 3 rooms with 2 queen beds all with free breakfast, however it was not free. Each person staying was given a $25 per day credit towards breakfast. Since noting on the menu was under $20, it obviously cost us extra dollars.
The carpet at the bathroom entrance was frayed and carpet nails exposed that stepped on several times.

Location is great. So much that is good about this property but there are some things that need improvement.
Hot tub not working for several days, several times towels not available for pool or beach. We were basically out of luck. I received 3 emails about possibly upgrading my stay and replied back. I was told that someone would reach out to me. 3 messages and no responses. I let the staff know on arrival and she didn’t say anything. Why bother reaching out if you have no intention of following up? Pretty high price when you don’t get the basics. This is our second time staying here.

Nous avions une vue merveilleuse sur Waikiki Beach, c'est vraiment l'atout principal du resort.

Le service de ménage à oublié plusieurs fois de changer les serviettes, de remettre du café ou de l'eau, nous avons du demander à la réception tard le soir de nous en faire monter dans la chambre... le ménage était bâclé et mal fait. Des serviettes nous ont été apportées tachées ou trouées.
La nourriture du Restaurant de la piscine le matin n'est pas de bonne qualité, et les cocktails sont immondes.
La chambre n'est pas bien insonorisée et nous entendions un enfant pleurer tard dans la nuit... et les voitures passer.
Gros point noir : la salle de bain, trop petite et les Wc prennent toute la place.
Globalement, le prix ne vaut que l'emplacement et la vue.
Le reste est a revoir pour un hôtel de ce standing !
