המלון נקי, הלובי ענק. יש אקווריום בלובי. הצוות אדיב וקשוב לכל בקשה. המלון נקי.

המבחר בארוחת הבוקר מאוד דל. אין כמעט אפשרות . נותנים תפריט וצריך לבחור מנה אחת. לאחר הלילה הראשון התעוררנו לבכי של תינוק בחדר סמוך (דלת מקשרת) בשעה 6 בבוקר. כשביקשתי להחליף חדר צוות המלון היה מאוד קשוב. אפילו נתנו לנו זיכוי של 50 דולר. מה שלא ידעתי באותו רגע זה שהעבירו אותנו לצד השני של המלון, לקומה הרבה יותר נמוכה ויש שם ריח ממש חזק של אקונומיקה. לא רציתי להתלונן שוב ולהעביר את כל הדברים כי חשבתי שזה משהו רגעי אבל לא... פשוט השפרצתי כמויות של בושם בכל פעם שנכנסנו לחדר. היה גם יום אחד שבכלל לא ניקו לנו את החדר.

Not worth the money

What made up for it a bit was the view from the 21st floor overlooking Diamond Head and Waikiki.

Cons:

Our most expensive and final hotel on the trip. The room was the smallest. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. The shower mat didn’t fit in front of the shower; otherwise, the door wouldn’t open. Breakfast was pretty much an ordeal. Outside, there was barely any space, and there were tons of sparrows that had pooped all over the place. You had to wait; it wasn’t cozy, and everything on the menu was constantly sold out. We weren’t even able to order the Vanilla Cold Brew once during our stay. On the first day, there were no spoons, so I had to eat the acai bowl with a fork.
Valet parking here was another downside compared to our first hotel, also in Waikiki. However, it’s in a better location, so you can find free parking near the zoo if you’re willing to walk a bit.

Hotel wymaga remontu, długi czas oczekiwania na windy, śniadanie było realizowane w formie kredytu, który nie był wystarczający na pokrycie ceny śniadania w hotelowej restauracji, housekeeping nie zawsze dawał radę - ostatniego dnia niemalże zabrakło papieru toaletowego.

Great location, spacious rooms, really good gym with great classes offered.

Cons:

The pool was cold and we hadn’t realised that the classic rooms would be so noisy. The walls are thin, particularly the interconnecting rooms.
