BAD STAFF AT POOL. RUINED A CELEBRATION
Pros:

Jasmine at the Front Desk is an amazing associate. She was very accommodating and super friendly to me and my girlfriend. The Happy Hour Mai Tai was good, and the bell staff was great.

Cons:

The pool staff and interns are extremely rude. Whoever is training them needs to be fired. I worked in luxury hospitality for years and I never have seen sch bad service. My girlfriend asked for towels and they asked for proof, in the rudest way. We had just arrived and our room hadn't been made ready yet. Other days we'd ask for beach towels which they had folded in front of our faces and stated we needed to get them from other areas of the hotel... They had probably 20 folded rights there. Every time we'd walk to ask a question to concierge they would try to sell us a time share presentation, super tacky. One night we were celebrating a milestone in our relationship and ended it by dipping into the jacuzzi/pool at 9:30 P.M. Once we got down even with 30 minutes till closing the pool staff were cleaning items up and took my robe from the room with my belongings in it and I had to stop them, and then he said, "well it's close to closing time anyways." He ruined the moment of sweetness to cap off our night swimming. I'm appalled by the treatment of most of the staff of this resort. I wish they never got a dollar of my business, for the way they treated my girlfriend and I.

しない。使いづらい。
洗面所のティッシュ補充が初日からない。
掃除も適当でよくない。
チェックイン時、日本語カウンターがあるにもかかわらず、施設の案内が一切なく、カードキーを渡しておわり。
あまりに人のホスピタリティが低すぎる印象

Beautiful
Pros:

It is a beautiful place. Unfortunately for us, there was a power outage in some parts of Waikiki,which lasted for several hours. We even had to take the stairs to our room on the 17th floor. It rained all through our stay. We didn't enjoy the amenities.
The management was so kind to waive our resort fee because of what we went through

Pros:

Blisko plaży Waikiki. Wygodne łóżka. Obsługa pomocna na każdym etapie pobytu. Smaczne śniadania w Pool Bar w formie a la carte. Duże szuflady na rzeczy , duża szafa. Klimatyzacja ok.

Cons:

Trochę cienkie ściany między pokojami, było w nocy słychać sąsiadów. Mała łazienka WC oraz sama łazienka w formie Open Space co powoduje że jak w nocy zapalisz światło w łazience to świeci na pokój.

לקחנו את הארוחת בוקר בלאונג קלאב ואין להם ירקות בכלל בבוקר שזה ממש מבאס אבל בצהריים כן יש להם
אז ביקשתי מאחת העובדות שם אם היא יכולה להביא לי איזה מלפפון או עגבנייה לארוחת בוקר והיא לא הסכימה כי פשוט הם לא מגישים את זה אמרתי לה שאני יודעת שהם לא מגישים זה למה אני מבקשת
והיא הסבירה שאין אפשרות להביא לי ואם אני רוצה אני יכולה *לקנות* ירקות מהמסעדה במלון
שזה נראה לי פשוט הזייה!! כאילו בן אדם משלם לא קצת למלון של 5 כוכבים באמת בהכל הם 10/10 אבל להביא מלפפון לבוקר לא? קצת אבסורדי וזאת הייתה סיטואציה קצת לא נעימה
