Cons:

When we check into our room there was broken curtains so they did not close at all, the bed was super stiff and uncomfortable, there was also tile pieces missing by the bathroom, when this brought to the attention of the staff member all he said was that I would not be charged for damages but no offer to switch rooms.

It was relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

The room and the rest of the building was very clean. The staff was nice and it was easy to chat with them.

Cons:

I like everything even the price of the room for Traverse City was fair.

I don’t know why all the reviews were so bad…
Pros:

I think all the other reviewers expected a 5-star hotel. This isn’t that. But if you’re looking for a place you can bring your family that’s clean, with a comfy bed and a nice pool, and a decent breakfast in an expensive town during the summer months. I had no issues! Close to the mall and gas stations, staff was friendly despite the fact there was a big soccer tourney happening. No complaints!

Great for the price but bring a sanitization kit just in case!
Pros:

Staff was amazing and kind. The little store was also really cool clean and well stocked.

Cons:

The general cleanliness of the room itself was not that great, random dark smears in the bathroom, dusty sheets, and not vacuumed carpets which is concerning for a hotel that allows pets.

Cons:

When i booked the room i put that i would pay when i checked in and they took it upon themselves to charge my card without my permission. I was going to use my company card but now i have to get reimbursed. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. There was a plastic cup in the fridge that was full of something white-ish. Almost looked like a cup full of male seman.
