Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im historischen Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum, tolle Organisation vom Parkplatz und Infos schon vor der Anreise. Sehr schönes Zimmer im Stile des Ortes.

Cons:

Na ja man muss es sagen, der Spa Bereich hätte uns interessiert mit dem Indoor Pool, war aber außer Betrieb. Nicht weiter schlimm, evtl sollte man das auf booking.com erwähnen, vlt haben wir auch etwas überlesen.

Lieu insolite dans une ville riche en histoire.
Le personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

L’accès à l’hôtel se fait uniquement à pied et par un grand nombre de marches en pente. Il vaut mieux voyager léger.

Amazing Matera experience
Pros:

The room was spacious modern yet traditional, very well appointed. Beds are extremely comfortable and the spa was great.
All staff was super nice and helpful

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very stylish decor and in keeping with the historic location in the sassi. Were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. It’s in a tricky location and Samir was so helpful with our luggage. Would definately recommend.

Cons:

It would be even better if there was some pool use included with the stay rather than at extra cost

Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten in Matera. Wir hatten das besondere Zimmer mit eigenem Jacuzzi-Bad – wirklich traumhaft! Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle Unterkunft in Matera
Pros:

Super Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Schon im Vorfeld viel Infos über Parksituation. Organisation von Parkhaus und Transfer mit Taxi zum Hotel. Kostet zwar aber ist sehr komfortabel.
Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Kleines Frühstück am Morgen,dass für uns keine Wünsche offen ließ.

An incredible hotel with the most beautiful views from our room. It truly felt like staying in a fairytale!

The service was exceptional from start to finish. They helped us find our way to the hotel and even carried our luggage, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was extremely well organized, and the staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful.

Pros:

Séjour très agréable. La chambre est belle, grande et atypique, pleine de caractère, dans l'esprit troglodyte — un vrai plus pour l'expérience. Le personnel est particulièrement bienveillant et sympathique, toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils sur les visites, les restaurants et les meilleurs moments pour profiter des Sassi. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bon, varié et copieux. A quelques minutes du Duomo, en plein cœur du centro storico, idéal pour explorer Matera à pied.
