la situation géographique

Cons:

La chambre était de bonne qualité et conforme à nos attentes sur ce point. En revanche, le prix nous a semblé largement excessif au regard des prestations proposées.
Nous avons été particulièrement déçus concernant la piscine. Celle-ci est clairement mise en avant sur le site de l’hôtel, ce qui peut laisser penser qu’elle fait partie des prestations accessibles aux clients. Or, son accès est facturé en supplément, à hauteur de 50 € par personne et par jour, et cela uniquement pour l’accès à la piscine, sans le spa.
Nous trouvons cette pratique très décevante et surtout peu transparente. Lorsque l’on réserve un hôtel à ce niveau de prix, il est regrettable de découvrir ensuite que l’accès à une prestation aussi mise en avant est soumis à un supplément aussi important. Pour nous, le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas à la hauteur et cette politique tarifaire nous donne un réel sentiment d’avoir été trompés.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Fantastici anche con la gestione dei bagagli e lo spostamento per raggiungere il taxi! Colazione abbondante in una atmosfera rilassata. Suite davvero bellissima e suggestiva.
Hotel nei sassi, si ha una vista bellissima sulla murgia e si arriva in breve tempo a tutte le attrazioni della città. Ci torneremo, mia figlia è rimasta affascinata

Sehr tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum, tolle Organisation vom Parkplatz und Infos schon vor der Anreise. Sehr schönes Zimmer im Stile des Ortes.

Cons:

Na ja man muss es sagen, der Spa Bereich hätte uns interessiert mit dem Indoor Pool, war aber außer Betrieb. Nicht weiter schlimm, evtl sollte man das auf booking.com erwähnen, vlt haben wir auch etwas überlesen.

Le personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

L’accès à l’hôtel se fait uniquement à pied et par un grand nombre de marches en pente. Il vaut mieux voyager léger.
