Toller Aufenthalt mit fabelhafter Aussicht

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Top Frühstücksangebot. Sehr nettes Personal!

Cons:

Vom Parkplatz zum Hotel ist es ein bischen zum laufen. Mit Gepäck kann sich das noch ziehen. Für 15€ bekommt man vom Hotel einen Transport gestellt

Este hotel é lindo, charmoso e chic . Nós adoramos ! A equipe é muito simpática , o quarto é charmoso e muito confortável . Só recomendo que ao escolhê-lo observe que não tem acesso para carros e muitas escadas para acesso . Tivemos ajuda com as bagagens mas trata-se de um lugar para ir pouca bagagem … o que não era nosso caso porque viajamos por muito tempo e tínhamos malas grandes

Just perfect
Pros:

A fantastic experience from the time of booking until the time of
our departure. We (a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed for 2 nights in the family suite. We also booked the private spa area. Breakfast delicious. Couldn’t fault Cenobio Hotel. Staff so helpful and professional. 5 stars all round.

Garanto que há outros hotéis mais legais que esse. Caro pro que oferece e localização duvidosa.
Pros:

A única nota 10 vai para o funcionário Samir, gentil, educado e muito prestativo. Carregou nossas malas pra cima e pra baixo. O hotel não deixa claro que há muitas escadas pra subir e descer até chegar ao hotel. Espaço do quarto era bom mas sem vista e sem poder abrir a janela para que os pedestres não nos vissem. Ficamos com luz acesa mesmo de dia.

Cons:

SPA é cobrado, tem que reservar e estava cheio ou seja, quando se olha a propaganda do hotel deixa bastante dúvida e sinceramente, nos pegou. Chegamos prontos pro SPA e nos decepcionamos. Recepcionista muito rude conosco e com os subordinados. Gerente também. Achamos o clima bem ruim entre os funcionários. É muito constrangedor presenciar grosseria num ambiente onde você está exposto, de férias, de relax, de cordialidade. A direção do hotel deveria repensar no tratamento aos funcionários e aos hóspedes.

Absolutely wonderful and highly recommend!
Pros:

Unique property in a very peaceful setting with a breathtaking view. Generous sized room & bathroom and huge private terrace for our room. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with nice variety. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful! Damian gave us a few terrific restaurant and site suggestions along with personal history about this fascinating town. Samir was so gracious helping us with our luggage. And the taxi service from the parking garage was swift. Definitely recommend this hotel and visiting Matera for a night or two. It’s magical and emotional once you learn its history, which is best explained at Casa Noha.

Cons:

The shower needs a little TLC and the terrace would have been even more enjoyable with some lounge chairs, especially to lay back and take in the stars.

Unique and lovely
Pros:

Very unique and interesting property. Very well looked after and beautifully presented.

Cons:

We booked the top spa room and the guy was lovely and showed us how to use it however it don’t work. The remote was not paired and we spent an hour googling etc but couldn’t get it going. It was a shame cause we could only stay 1 night.

An old town stay worth staying at and take advantage of the private spa
Pros:

Cenobio Hotel was a lovely place to stay. The hotel is located in the old town centre and therefore you cannot drive all the way to the hotel. Instead the hotel can reserve parking for you and you can either get a taxi or walk to the hotel. I suggest a taxi as its 800 metres. There are quite a lot of stairs to the hotel so not suitable to people with mobility issues but when there it was wonderful. Our room was very lovely lovely and the beds super comfy. We took advanatge of the opportunity to book the private spa which included a large spa pool, a sauna and showers. I highly recommend you do this. It was worth every cent. The staff were very helpful especially our porter who was a delight

Pros:

Arquitetura dos quartos, comodidades, simpatia do Damian. Quartos todos separados em vários pequenos "edifícios" típicos da região. Pequeno almoço variado e bom.

Cons:

Considerei a publicidade do Hotel algo enganosa. Promete muito, com umas fotografias muito apelativas, mas na realidade nem o SPA vimos. A limpeza das colchas deixou muito a desejar, com manchas. O colchão da cama de solteiro não era agradável.
