room out to the back was good, not sure the front rooms would be nice (noisy). Front staff very friendly, and next door restaurant (for breakfast) is such a bonus. The Japanese staff there are so nice.

I would definitely stay there again! Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Great location, well appointed and clean. Easy to navigate.

Cons:

Insufficient lighting! It was pretty dark. Really needs a bit more light in the living area.

We were told that breakfast was not included, only to find out later that I had already paid for it when making the booking.
We were told that we would receive a refund, but we have never received it. The hotel has also failed to respond to my emails and messages.
It has now been 8 weeks and, despite sending numerous messages, I am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointing service and poor communication.

An excellent hotel in the city centre.
Pros:

Location is excellent, shops and restaurants around , supermarket just next to hotel. Walking distance to most tourist attractions . Bus stop 9 is just a couple of mins walk. Reception staff are all very helpful.
