There are no services whatsoever, for example, no drinking water, no tissues, nothing for the room. Everything is bad.

Bra läge, trist och dyr frukost samt tråkig personal.
Pros:

Frukosten alldeles för dyr. Endast ett halvt glas juice som mest bestod av is. Ville ha en smörgås och yougurt men det fick man inte.

Cons:

Frukosten och personalen. Hade vänner som kom dit för att äta frukost men de blev så dåligt bemötta att de gick till Starbucks istället.

Position was nice. We got an unexpected upgrade once arrived.

Cons:

Was clean, the only negative point was the spoon (one for two) and the saucers. A mini fridge would be appreciated.

Fantastic location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

I bought a warm, good-tasting breakfast at a reasonable price. The restaurant was early enough for me to have breakfast before an early-morning tour start, which worked out well. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the best thing about Hotel Von is the location in the center of Reykjavik. Perfect for walking everywhere, with so many places to eat.

Cons:

There was a crack in one of the walls of the bathroom that didn't make me feel too secure. Other than that all good.

Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern war nicht gut. Das Zimmer war klein und es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Très bon hôtel après un meilleur entretien de la salle d’eau.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour accéder aux magasins, restaurants et lieux touristiques du centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Les douches ne sont pas très propres, les coins et bordures sont sales. Un ménage plus approfondi serait le bienvenu. Le lavabo bouché a nécessité plusieurs demandes avant intervention.
