great place to stay ,. many other reviews say the location is loud . (close balcony door not loud)
Pros:

1. location excellent . close to 24h supermarket and 7-eleven. close to the international airport too
2. bed is comfortable. balcony is good
3. has a living room and with sofa and tv . also have a dining room table
4. price is insanely good. cheapest and biggest in fukuoka hakata area.

Cons:

1. the tablet inside the room doesnt work . so i could not check out from the tablet
2. i would prefer filling out my passport details online rather than inside the hotel lobby

Pros:

하카타 역이 10여분 걸리는 거리에 있고 공항이 가까워서 교통이 나쁘지 않았음.

Cons:

침대 매트리스가 낡고 푹 꺼져서 숙면이 불가능했고, 설상가상으로 밖에서 환기구를 통해 들리는 트럭등의 교통소음의 심한 정도가 마치 심야에 대로에 나와 자는것처럼 시끄러웠음. 매트리스와 소음은 개선이 시급함.

- 走着去HAKATA STATION的路上有几家便利店。
- 容易找吃。
- 地理位置很不错。

Quite disappointed
Pros:

It’s spacious

Cons:

The location is very noisy, can basically hear every single car passing by. There is no dryer in the property, the host asked to use the drying option with the washing machine but it didn’t really work the magic. Only one small rack is provided, to hang the clothes with limited hanger, and the host was not able to provide more. The USB ports at the headboard ALL NOT WORKING, and very limited socket in the house, very inconvenient. Not a very good experience with the price.

Good location by 9 minutes walk to train station
Pros:

Easy check in,Room facilities and location

Cons:

We stay for 4 nights but provide 2 towels only,so we have to wash ourself

The dish washing liquid seems to be too diluted. The coins parking lot under the building has only 3 parking space.

Pros:

設備基本上該有的都有，洗衣機、微波爐、冰箱、簡單烹飪的配備
位置距離博多車站不遠
平板聯繫24小時都有服務

Cons:

整潔度不佳，床頭都是灰塵。
隔音不太好，半夜飆車聲很大聲
反應冷氣有怪聲，說會來查看，有沒有來過不知道 都沒有通知說後續，反應無果，半夜繼續被滴水聲吵到無法入睡

住宿離博多車站步行約7～8分，綜合來看，算不錯了
Pros:

雖然設備看出來很老舊 但是清潔的很乾淨

Cons:

微波爐沒有清理過 很臭，因為在大馬路上，半夜車子開過很大聲，床鋪有點軟，有些睡不習慣
