Quite disappointed
Pros:

It’s spacious

Cons:

The location is very noisy, can basically hear every single car passing by. There is no dryer in the property, the host asked to use the drying option with the washing machine but it didn’t really work the magic. Only one small rack is provided, to hang the clothes with limited hanger, and the host was not able to provide more. The USB ports at the headboard ALL NOT WORKING, and very limited socket in the house, very inconvenient. Not a very good experience with the price.

Pros:

設備基本上該有的都有，洗衣機、微波爐、冰箱、簡單烹飪的配備
位置距離博多車站不遠
平板聯繫24小時都有服務

Cons:

整潔度不佳，床頭都是灰塵。
隔音不太好，半夜飆車聲很大聲
反應冷氣有怪聲，說會來查看，有沒有來過不知道 都沒有通知說後續，反應無果，半夜繼續被滴水聲吵到無法入睡

住宿離博多車站步行約7～8分，綜合來看，算不錯了
Pros:

雖然設備看出來很老舊 但是清潔的很乾淨

Cons:

微波爐沒有清理過 很臭，因為在大馬路上，半夜車子開過很大聲，床鋪有點軟，有些睡不習慣

Pros:

アパートメントホテルとしては格安、バス・トイレ別であり広さも十分

Cons:

夜間入浴中に部屋のドアが開けられました。内鍵をかけていたので侵入されることはありませんでしたが、非常に驚きました。
急いで管理ダイヤルへ連絡をするとダブルチェックインが起きてましたが、謝罪のひとつもありませんでした。
フロントは無人でタブレットのみ設置、エントランスやエレベーターにはセキュリティがなく、部屋の扉にはナンバーロックがあり解錠出来る仕組みです。ダブルチェックインが起きるということは部屋の暗証番号も使い回しなのかも知れません。
安全面で非常に信用できない施設でした。

家族時間をゆったり過ごせた

Cons:

ベッド２台が広めでよかった。3台目はソファーベッドでまあまあ🙂
少し高めなのでインバウンド客との差をつけても良いと思う。

Will not come back to this property
Cons:

I think there is zero sound proof, we can hear every single car passing by despite we were at 6th floor. Super noisy. There is no dryer and the bathroom is also without the dry room function. The room only has 6 hangers, we found it very inconvenient to air dry the clothes. The charging ports on the bed head are ALL faulty, and there is very limited socket in the entire house, very inconvenient again.

I do not recommend this place, furthermore the price is not cheap. I booked for 5 nights and I regretted since the 1st night 😪
