إقامة مليئة بالعيوب والمشاكل المرفقية، ولكن شفع لها التعامل الراقي والحلول السريعة من الموظف المصري.
Pros:

تعامل الموظف المصري كان أكثر من رائع ولَبِق جداً في أسلوبه. وبسبب المشاكل التي واجهتنا، قام بتعويضنا بتقديم قهوة عربية، كما تكرّم بتأخير وقت تسجيل المغادرة (الـ check-out)، مما خفف كثيراً من سلبيات التجربة.

Cons:

تعامل الموظفة كان سيئاً وغير احترافي.
وجود تسريب مياه في الحمام.
صغر حجم الغرفة بشكل ملحوظ.
عدم توفر ماكينة إسبريسو.
عدم وجود مواقف للسيارات، على عكس ما هو مذكور تماماً في وصف الفندق عند الحجز.
