Pros:

The breakfast was just as good as anywhere else I have stayed. Good coffee.
I enjoyed the pool. I was in there on my own which was great.

Cons:

Everything was great. We didn't have complaints about anything.

GRAND BEND/GODERICH BEACH VISIT
Pros:

Clean rooms and hotel, quite. Breakfast was amazing, the staff Heingo who served food during complimentary breakfast her hospitality was above and beyond. Will definitely return to this hotel for family trip.

Best sleep in awhile
Pros:

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, even compared to a pricey hotel on the same trip. Excellent mattress and good pillows.

Cons:

Bathroom was basic with a just adequate shower. Carpets and decor gave off a dinghy vibe.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay
Pros:

The room was nice, spacious and clean.

Cons:

Around the pool area was a bit dusty. Seems like it isn’t used a lot. The elevator wasn’t working on our first day which was a bit of an inconvenience for us with the kids.

There was a damp, somewhat moldy smell in the room. It made the air feel a little heavy, but it wasn’t too strong. It’s something I expected at chapter hotels.

I was impressed!
Pros:

For a two star hotel this is superb. Lovely warm cookies and lemon water at reception. A gorgeous complimentary breakfast with a waffle iron and hot and cold food on offer. The room was comfortable and large. The pool is small but nice and they let us use it earlier than the advertised time once they checked the water levels in the pool for us. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting goderich.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

The beds are very comfortable. The staff members are polite, helpful and efficient. The fitness centre was excellent and the pool is lovely. Meghan at the front desk was very kind and made us feel welcomed. We recommend this hotel to friends and family.
