Luxury all around. King suite was amazing value for money.
Buffet restaurant very busy and quiet disorganised, tables left with leftovers on which maybe a sig if understaffed which is strange considering the service in the rest of the hotel.
The hotel , the grandeur, the location are superb.
Staff, they could have been more smiling and welcoming. And at the breakfast buffet, entrance to sitting,serious lack of focus.

Se mangi nel ristorante o usi SPA e altro non è più possibile addebitare alla camera , ma ti chiedono di pagare subito .
E tante altre piccole cose che non sto ad elencare.
Everything was very perfect. It was exceptional hotel stay during my visit. From the reception to room everything was very perfect. Particularly the staff in the morning shift was very very helpful and walk an extra mile to fulfil our requirement.
It was very late night when we checked in almost 12.oo Midnight. In the room there was Ipad which was making big noise because of charger issue. called the reception and engineer came after some time, he couldn't solve the issue, said he will send another person with new charger which was time consuming and We were tired.
Room and cleanliness
They misplaced my ice pack for Insulin, I had requested them to keep it in a deep freezer as the room fridge did not have one. When I asked for it on my way out it took them 3 hrs and after repeated call, they came back saying sorry, its misplaced and on top of it I had forgotten my business card holder, which they manage to retrieve but couldn't handover in time, I had to write it off as would have missed my flight.

The overall ambience
Restaurant people didn't respond well for in room service. They never pick up the phones too..Bad attitude of in-room service. reception staffs were not cordial, no smiling face...check in time is too long and had to stand in the que for long. Body language of lady in the reception was very repulsive.
We loved the spacious room, comfortable and big bed, amazing espresso coffee maker machine, view, spa tub, huge bathroom, residency lounge access, free breakfast, reasonably priced suite room, birthday balloons and complimentary cake!
The staff were unhelpful and inept, especially at the Residency Lounge. They did not refill the cheese platter even after repeated requests, and got annoyed when we tried to request for drinks. The quality of drinks was also awful at the lounge, and the food tasted bland and lacked variety. The breakfast tables at the Grand Market Pavilion didn't have proper cutlery or salt and pepper shakers, the bakery items are really limited and quite awful, and the staff were curt, never cleared the table, and never stopped to listen to our requests. None of the standing lamps or table lamps in our room for were working. The in room dining service was horrible, since the staff kept disconnecting our calls and we had waited for over half an hour for a simple order of fish and chips for my child, whose dinner was delayed as a result! The housekeeping service was also very slow. The check-in process was also incredibly slow, despite it not being too crowded. The staff had a plastic smile on their face but did nothing to make things better for us despite repeated attempts at conveying our discontent. This is not the service we expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel of this calibre! To top it off, it was my birthday, so the poor service definitely put a dampener on my spirit! Not sure whether we'll be coming back anytime soon!
