Beautiful property with comfortable rooms, but the service and responsiveness of the staff need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The overall ambiance and property itself are excellent.

Cons:

The service was disappointing and much slower than expected for a hotel of this standard. Staff were not very attentive or proactive with requests, and overall client service needs improvement.

A home away from home
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay for over a month and all the staff made us feel at home . Inspite of the size of the hotel they looked after all our needs with a personal touch . Special mention for front office Simran Bose , Rajdeep . Housekeeping Soumya & Tushar and in room dining Karman and Dhritabrata .keep the ITC flag flying .

Stayed in 2 bhk service apartment and it was simply superb. Infrastructure and service-both pristine. Worth every rupee. Simply excellent 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Almost everything, cleanliness, food selection, room facilities, staff attitude.

Cons:

- After spa massage, instead of proper leaf tea made in a teapot, we were served tea with tea bag. One per 2 persons😅 For country like India and hotel like this, it was a shame.

- there is an iron in the room, but for some reason, only 1 electric plug out of many in the room was suitable for that iron, and we spent some time to find it.

Anniversary Celebrations at ITC
Pros:

Our anniversary celebration at ITC Royal Bengal was nothing short of magical. Staying at the Luxury Suite made the experience feel indulgent, warm and truly memorable from start to finish.
The beautifully arranged candle light dinner and the exquisite Lunar tasting menu were an absolute highlight for us. A heartfelt thank you to Zeba from the reservations team and Sougata from the Ottimo F&B team for curating such a special evening with so much care and attention to detail.
Breakfast at the Grand Pavilion was another unforgettable experience we were genuinely spoilt for choice! A huge shout out to Avirup and Ameesha for leading the teams so wonderfully and serving up a storm every single morning. We especially loved the freshly prepared khasta kochuri and the delicious mushroom and avocado sandwich on Sorghum bread!
The thoughtful sendoff with a special tea cake that we later enjoyed with family at home was such a beautiful touch. Thank you once again, Ameesha and Avirup, for making it so memorable.
Special thanks as well to Maitreyi and Mohit for managing everything so seamlessly, ensuring we were always heard and looked after with warmth and kindness throughout our stay.
We leave with beautiful memories and cannot wait to visit again!

Absolutely lovely!
Pros:

Loved every moment of our stay and it's safe to say that it exceeded our expectations. Food was amazing and breakfast was beyond imagination. Loved the complimentary luxury hour experience. Would definitely go back again.
