Comfortable
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel was central. All staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly and fast service. The room had all the facilities we could of possibly needed. Kettle, towels, comfy bed, tv with good connection, food looked nice, good bathroom.

Cons:

The fire exit light was extremely bright too which made it a bit hard to sleep. I understand its for safety but it was extremely bright when trying to sleep. Room was very warm too the fan wasnt powerful enough to cool you down and dusty fan.

Cons:

Booked initially with a small dog.
Then got charged £67.50 extra at the hotel because of the the dog?
Hotel was fantastic but probably would have looked elsewhere if we knew there was such an expensive extra for a small dog .

Pros:

Nice location. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Dog friendly.

Cons:

Very difficult to find a parking space near the hotel. Small room, not enough hangers especially in the bathroom. No place to put the cosmetics under the shower.

Pros:

Stayed for one night and booked the cosy room. Was good for our one night stay, The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was harder than what i like and the hairdryer didn't work but i brought it down to reception to be changed. Breakfast was included and it was lovely. Location is just across from the pier. They don't have a car park but there is parking right out in front. Free from 4pm until 10am. After 10am it was £6 until 2pm or £10 until 4pm. If we return I would use the hotel again.

The best was a little uncomfortable, especially being two mattresses put together.
