Pros:

Just like a museum. Room is brilliant. Try to choose the top floor. Room is very elegant. Breakfast is like a restaurant. Near tı city center. Hospitality is top.

Disappointing “5-star hotel” experience, best part of stay were the hotel staff and location
Pros:

Hotel staff at the front desk, restaurant and lobby were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Location was terrific, centrally located but on a quieter street, which was perfect. The 2-bedroom suite was very clean and spacious. Breakfast selection was decent with a mix of à la carte made to order and a buffet, which ended at 11:00. The suites were located across the street of the main hotel and were newly built, about 5 months old.

Cons:

For over €800/night I was expecting more luxury that’s on par with the a true 5 star hotel. The mattress and bedding were average, would be better if they had a mattress topper for more comfort. Better sound proofing is required as you can hear conversations in the corridor and hallway. We were woken up by young kids in the unit above jumping and running around from 7:30-09:00 which was extremely annoying as it sounded like a stampede. My husband had to call the hotel reception to complain twice over the loud noise. Swimming pool was a joke and extremely narrow and small, felt more like a dipping pool. Breakfast was great on day 1 but was inconsistent thereafter, as we were served cold and dry pancakes one day, and overcooked scrambled eggs another day. Housekeeping staff also failed to give us enough large bath towels for consecutive days despite us bringing this to the hotel staff’s attention after the first mishap; they knew we were a family of four but we were given two large bath towels only every day.

Lovely short break
Pros:

Excellent hotel in central location. Beautiful building with unique literary displays and lovely bedrooms. All staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
