A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I am very glad I chose Torel Palace Porto. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and full of character. I especially appreciated the way it introduces guests to Portuguese culture and literature through its connection to Portuguese writers.

The location is very convenient for exploring Porto on foot but I also genuinely enjoyed returning to the hotel and spending time there. Its calm atmosphere makes the hotel itself feel like part of the holiday.

What made my stay especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, polite and genuinely willing to help. When my flight was cancelled after check-out, they stored my luggage and helped me arrange a taxi. Their kindness and readiness to assist, even after my stay had officially ended, confirmed the high standard of this five-star hotel.

The breakfasts were also delicious. I left with very warm memories and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in central Porto
Pros:

My wife and I felt that Torel Palacio was a unique special place to stay. We enjoyed the artistic creativity throughout the hotel. What mostly impressed us was level of personal service. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the backyard courtyard was a peaceful sanctuary.

Our stay was lovely at this great location and beautifully decorated property. Service was terrific all around. Employees genuinely seemed to want to be sure our stay was memorable and they succeeded!

Limpeza, bem decorado e conforto e silêncio.

Cons:

O hotel além do corpo principal, conta com uma outra edificação , no outro lado da rua.

Para entrar nessa estrutura era necessário abrir s porta de acesso com o cartão magnético.Como salvaguarda.
O problema era que a porta estava constantemente aberta, e ninguém ,do staff, se preocupava com isso.
Ainda; o meu quarto contava com uma cozinha compacta , mas sem qualquer tipo de utensílio para poder usá-la.
Pode ser que eu tivesse que os pedir na portaria.??

Torel Palace Porto exceeded all of my expectations. The service is truly among the best I have ever experienced. Every member of the team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I arrived, i felt more than welcome and completely at home.
All the Restaurant recommendations was the Best in town .
The airport transfer was perfectly organized, and our driver was punctual, kind, and very professional.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, and yummy products. The hotel’s design is absolutely stunning, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated. The comfort, elegance, and atmosphere make this one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in.

I would happily give Torel Palace Porto a 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay here again, and one of the reasons I look forward to returning to Porto is this wonderful hotel and its amazing team. Thank you for making my stay so special! ❤️

Great hotel
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay, we booked a room with a small balcony but never used it, as it was a bit small, room was clean although a little dark, breakfast was good and offered the usual cooked and cold buffet.the hotel is quite high from the river front but we new that before we went so wasn’t a problem.overall it was a great stay and would stay again when not if we return to Porto.

Pros:

Really can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Decor is amazing, service is exemplary. Bed/bathroom super comfortable and the character is amazing. Old time licks and location is easy walking distance to main sites
