A comfortable & relaxing stay, will be back again
Pros:

Location, within walking distance from City Square Mall and to Hua Mui coffee shop/ Hiap Joo Bakery

Staff were polite, efficient & welcoming
Ample hanging space

Spacious & Quiet Room facing Sultan palace & also partial sea view

Cons:

Nothing in particular except bathroom door not able to close tightly resulting in water seeping through & wet the bathroom

Convenient stay for my transfer to SIN.
Pros:

Central location, spacious room with a nice view over the Johor Strait.

Cons:

Pricing is not transparent. An additional 23% was added at the final payment step for VAT, tourist tax & service charge (?).
