Very welcoming, well located, quiet yet central, my stay here was perfect. I had a single room which was on the small side but very clean with good facilities.
And the owner was so helpful and kind as I wilted in the heat.
Highly recommended.

Eski şehrin tam kalbinde, eski bir konağın restore edilmesiyle kurulmuş çok güzel bir tesis. Odamız nispeten küçüktü ama çok temiz ve konforluydu. Grubumuzdaki diğer iki oda daha genişti. Kahvaltı gayet makuldü. Ev sahibemiz ise sıcak karşılaması, konukseverliği ve hoş sohbetiyle bizim için gerçek bir kazanç oldu. Tiflis’e tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine burada kalmak isteriz.

Comfortable beds, new appliances, clean and cosy place. The host is an amazing lady speaking perfect English.

Great location, right in the centre, everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, served in a really nice dining room. The owner is a really friendly lady who made our stay very comfortable.

Ottima colazione, camera piccola ma confortevole, spazi comuni adeguati e carini. Mariam molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto fare due colazioni anticipate e si è occupata interamente del servizio di lavanderia. Posizione eccellente!

Mariam è una persona deliziosa, il suo piccolo hotel veramente molto grazioso nel quartiere old e' molto pulito, lei et super disponibile per qualsiasi tua esigenza compreso prepararti la colazione prima del suo orario.
Molto soddisfatta infatti tornerò nei prossimi giorni da lei.

If Booking.com had a 10+ rating, this hotel would definitely deserve it!
The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city centre. The room was bright, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The food was excellent, and every morning we were welcomed with a delicious homemade Georgian breakfast, which made our stay even more special.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. I have nothing but praise for this hotel and its hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi. Highly recommended! 🇬🇪❤️

通常のホテルというより、ホステル要素のあるホテルというイメージで、暮らすように過ごしたい人にぴったりです。
旧市街の中にあり行動しやすく、宿全体やインテリアがセンスが高く、心地よい。
ベッドは寝心地がとても良く、毎日ぐっすり眠れました。収納棚がたっぷりあり、片付けやすく、三角ハンガーも5本ありました。
Wi-Fiやエアコンはしっかり効きます。
シャワーのお湯もよく出ます。
朝ごはん会場やテラスでマリーナさんや他のゲストと挨拶を交わすのも楽しく、洗濯はマリーナさんにお願いできます。
