今回の滞在は大変満足のいくものでした。 スタッフの方々の対応は非常に丁寧かつ親切で、心からのおもてなしを感じることができました。 また、館内や客室の清掃も隅々まで行き届いており、清潔感に関しては全く申し分ありません。 細かなところまで配慮がなされており、終始快適に過ごすことができました。 ぜひまた利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The hotel and staff were amazing but we didn’t get to the waterfall we wanted to visit.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The room was very comfortable. The facilities were great.

Cons:

We went hoping to visit Air Terjun Grojogan Sewu. We didn’t find it. I got chased by monkeys trying and we gave up!

Great modern and clean hotel.
Pros:

Great modern and clean hotel. Spacious rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was located close to the bar. The first night it was a bit noisy.
