Great location, friendly staff at reception. Very comfortable room & clean.
Hotel beside railway track. Train noise didn't bother us as we had earplugs and on 5th floor. Not sure what a 3rd floor room was like, expect trains are louder.
Hotel was busy so breakfast was very busy. Breakfast & service was only OK 6/10..

The room was huge disappointment. Very dark and was overlooked. Bathroom was poor. Very dark and cheap soaps and shampoo. Bath was narrow with poorly fitted screen which ment water ran onto the floor when shower was used.
My wife asked for a shower cap only to be told none available. She complained and a box with two were brought , one was damaged.

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, das Bett wirklich sehr bequem.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und der Teppich macht keinen sonderlich frischen Eindruck mehr. Das Licht in dem kleinen Bad kann man kaum als solches bezeichnen. In einer Nacht hat die Klimaanlage eigenmächtig entschieden, das Zimmer auf 31 Grad zu heizen.

Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room. Complained to the receptionist. They were helpful but nothing was done after I got told they going they were going to deal with it. Turned out that it was the air conditioning that was giving of the bad smell
The drinking water in room smelt terrible! Threw it out. Probably just filled a branded bottle from tap but either bottles and lids weren’t/aren’t washed or the water is poor quality. Need sealed water bottles like all other hotels.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Location was also a big bonus.
Layout was slightly awkward, hard to make your way around by times. Our view was of the tram line but not very noisy.
