it was good but not great
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bar was good for a drink before/after going out

Cons:

The breakfast was below par, and we had a problem with our room overheating but this was resolved on the second day. The bar menu was a little overpriced, okay of you are there one day but soon added up over a 4 day stay

Room was lovely and the breakfast was good but the spa and the extra charge let it down
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

There is an optional extra of 50 pound night? I think it is or per person to have access to a lounge and things. I never requested but she automatically charged me without saying I thought it was a bit rude. The spa was very small for 25 pounds per person

Out of this world. high class treatment
Pros:

The Staff where absolutely lovely, We dropped in our bags as our train was in at 1pm and headed into the city. my fiancé popped the big question i o’Connell street and on return to the hotel i asked would there be any chance of an upgrade as we where celebrating. the lovely woman gave us the W.B Yeats suit and it was absolutely Fabulous. the treatment from staff we recieved was second to none. will definitely be returning in the future. Highly Recommended. stayed many times over the years but this stay has just topped it all off. Very greatful for the lovely Woman that made our stay so special and also gave us a complimentary Drinks voucher for the bar. 10/10

Pros:

Pros:

Receptionen, baren og beliggenheden.

Cons:

Der var lidt beskidt på værelset, udsugningen larmede meget og så troede jeg at vi kunne benytte poolen men det viste sig at man ikke kunne det. Det kostede yderligere €25 Per person pr dag.

Fine hotel, good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, staff were very nice and friendly, location is great, just a short walk into the city centre of Dublin (20 minutes on foot, very doable) but taxis are also available. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

On check in, we were told we were upgraded to a suite. However, this was not like any suites we've previously stayed in in a 4* hotel. It was quite basic, with a large open space but no use made of it, simply containing a very small table with two chairs. There was a basic tea/coffee area, something from a 3* hotel. In a 4* you'd expect something more, e.g. even a biscuit! In even normal rooms in a 4* hotel, you'd expect even a little bit more luxury. This was just a slighlty larger bedroom, so I would not call it a suite. In the shower, I nearly lost a finger! The shower gel was in a holder, I went to use it and the holder broke, nearly catching my finger in the process. We didn't have time to let the front desk know this as we were rushing out to an event.
