Pros:

Wow...great stay at The Address. If you want a hotel with a great location, fabulous lobby, bar and coffee shop with the most friendly and helpful employees then this is for you. We stayed in a Club room on the 6th floor which along with 7th floor has access to a fab lounge and terrace, which offers complimentary continental breakfast (we did have full Irish buffet breakfast on 2 days which has EVERYTHING you would want including great Soda bread ) and then great coffee teas juices throughout the day.

Cons:

Having to leave !

Pros:

The spa was amazing but a little overpriced. The staff where very nice and helpful

Cons:

I didn’t like that I paid full price to stay there but had not been told that this hotel is housing asylum seekers if I had have known I would have stayed somewhere else.

Pros:

Near public transport

Cons:

Water marks near the ventilation unit on the ceiling, unable to adjust the temperature in the room so it was very warm, ridiculous charge to use the gym which would be included in most hotel prices.

Convenient for drop off from ferry, easy walk into the city centre.
Pros:

Good ambience and comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast and well catered for.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the railway which was a bit noisy and a little disappointing. Check in experience was not as good as hoped for- would have liked more information about the spa and the roof lounge and whether we were eligible for it and at what cost. So more information at check in would be good . We wanted to use the Parlour cafe for a snack for breakfast but only pastries available.
