Terrible and very disgusting
Pros:

Honestly the whole place smells like weed , the tables bases were loose the bed sheet weren’t change stain all over I genuinely feel robbed dust around windows and oh my god the restroom smells like people do drugs in there very very terrible the whole place needs renovation . The towels smells the bed sheet were stained and smell so disgusting.

Pros:

My husband and I were upset with each other to find out that we selected this hotel for the second time. Our first visit had roaches in the rooms. We made note of this hotel and never rented it again.

Cons:

There were plumbing issues with the rooms, and almost everybody has pets.

Me trataron amablemente en el mesón central. Tienen estacionamiento.

Cons:

El olor a sudor, humedad y marihuana al entrar al hotel es asqueroso. Se sintió muy inseguro todo el tiempo por las voces y los gritos por los pasillos, no pude dormir. Al entrar a la habitación el olor era muy malo, tuve que usar colonia para apaciguar el olor. El baño tenía manchas de dudosa procedencia, tanto en el lavamanos, como en la tina y el toilet. Las sábanas tenían agujeros y manchas de cigarrillo. El desayuno no debiese siquiera dignarse a llamarse así, era café y magdalenas. Las fotos que describen el lugar no coinciden con la realidad. Dice "extended stay" pero no tiene nada para cocinarse, ni tampoco tienen secador de pelo ni absolutamente nada.

I booked for a king suite, check in took forever. It didn't seem like he new what he was doing and he had no help. When we finally got to our room it was not what we booked for. They had us in a room with a queen bed. That did not work for us because we had had our son with us. We needed the king suite as what was booked for. When asked for our booking for a king suite they said they had none available. Of course we left the property. Since we booked thru Booking.com we had to get our refund through them. Long story short with multiple calls to the hotel, leaving messages with multiple front desk employees asking to have manager approve of refund I had gotten no where. When I finally got a hold of the manager she had stated that she knew and heard nothing about this. Right away she said had approved of the refund. 7 days later I had reached back out to Booking.com and they never received an approval from property!!!! All and all the place is horrible. Looks so sketchy and unsafe. People actually look like they come in and out of that place and live there. They had a guy just sitting in the lounge car in Parking lot which was so weird. Do Not recommend this place at All!!!!

Pros:

I liked Felecia and the fact that she acknowledged my wife's complaint about the floor being dirty in our room and providing cleaning supplies instead of arguing that there was no sticky mess/spill on the floor in our room.

Cons:

Tony taking entirely too long speaking to certain clientele especially when there is clearly a line. There is a difference between speaking to someone about amenities and needs versus a conversation and commiserating with an individual, especially at 10pm at night. Secondly, don't argue with a guest when they return from the room they've been assigned and they are asking for cleaning supplies because as mess was left on the floor. Provide the requested items, acknowledge the mishap, and be grateful they didn't yell at you or request a different room. Let alone a refund.
