Good value for the location
Pros:

Coffee lounge, quiet but convenient location. Size of room was good. There were no queues in the laundry washing machine. Convenience store located in the building. Onsen was good.

Cons:

TV had no English program. No milk or bottle of water supplied in the room.

簡單來說，超棒！交通方便，房間又大又舒適，而且還附有溫泉設施。超滿意～下次到函館，我還是會優先考慮這一家！
Pros:

1. 地點超讚！直接就是JR函館站旁，從車站到旅館步行約3分鐘；此外，一樓直接就是「駅前横丁」可以買名產跟簡單用餐，走到路面電車站大概就5分鐘，整體機能超級方便。

2. 房間超乎想像的大。我是兩張單人床的房型，結果房內的空間（真的「空」的空間）還能再擺一張單人床。如果要整理行李就舒適很多。

3. 房間電視沒辦法看YOUTUBE，只能看日本電視節目（這個對我這個帶小孩的家長來說是加分項）

4. 旅館內附設溫泉（不是單純熱水大浴場），溫泉溫度夠熱且溫泉池夠大，同時有冷水池以及烤箱。雖然都是室內設施，但對於旅人來說已經非常享受了！原本還想專程去谷地頭溫泉放鬆一下，這下子錢跟時間都能省下，而且泡完後，可以直接回房間休息，旅館還會在溫泉得休息更衣室內免費提供果汁冰棒（1人限拿1支）。這個真的大加分！光溫泉這項就足以構成我下次再訂的理由。

Cons:

因為連續住4晚，所以有洗衣的需求。雖然有三個樓層分別都有裝設約3台洗烘衣機，但晚上洗衣很容易跟別人強碰，而房內電視無法顯示這項資訊。有的旅館，在房內電視系統就可以查知每個洗衣樓層的洗衣機目前的使用狀態，就比較不會有專程每個樓層都跑但還是都撲空的情形。如果在這個細節能再補強，那就更完美了。

お風呂上がりのアイスも良かった

Great value!
Pros:

Proximity to the Hakodate Station for easy transport to the car rental companies as well as transport to airport. Walking distance to market, restaurants, brick house, port.. Plenty of food options. Very easy check in and the most spacious room throughout our stay in Hokkaido which allow two 26-28” luggages to open completely. Availability of public bath in the hotel was good for a wind down at the end of the day.

まずまずといったところ。
Pros:

駅の隣りで至便。毎年お世話になっています。スタッフさんは親切丁寧、朝食もメニュー豊富でした。

Cons:

空いておらずジャパニーズスタイルの部屋を取りましたが、いわゆる畳敷で椅子が皆無で、座ったり立ったりが大変でした。

A gem right beside the JR train station
Pros:

Staff were really helpful, checkin was fast despite being really busy, amenities excellent, breakfast was wonderful, onsen was lovely, room was very spacious and shower really powerful

Carpet in room (superior twin) was very stained all over

Situación Clave y con buenos servicios.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, tienes un convini en la entrada, y los baños y sauna de la parte superior se agradece. Está a 2 minutos de la Estación y al ser Hakodate una ciudad pequeña se puede recorrer muy bien. Está a 5 minutos del mercado. Cumplió perfectamente con las expectativas.
