I arrived at 2:15 pm and really had to wait until 3:00pm for check-in.

Pros:

Convenient location close to the station. Excellent facilities including onsen, breakfast. Staff very efficient at check-in. They did a good job at a very busy time.

Cons:

Room was well appointed but narrow and cramped. This is not unusual in modern Japanese hotel rooms. Not enough space for luggage.
Bed mattress was hard. Air-conditioner kept on defaulting to 27 degrees after we thought we had managed to lower the temperature. Instructions in English would have helped.

地點非常好，山川牛奶好喝，自己的拖鞋在澡堂被其他旅客偷走，櫃檯人員不會給你水，要額外付停車費。

早餐的入口服務員很有朝氣。

自己的拖鞋在澡堂被偷走，住宿旅客的品質堪憂。
停車需要收費，而且收費也沒有比路邊的停車場便宜。
櫃檯連水都不願意提供。
澡堂要跟旁邊的健身房共用，而且更衣空間狹小。
床偏軟，喜歡睡硬床的人會腰酸背痛。
櫃檯人員忽略旅客訂房時的需求，進房間後才打電話來問要不要再加價換房間，感覺很差。
