My experience was very nice,the room was spacious and the service was also good,especially Jonas and Simon,thank you for the welcoming stay.

My uncle and his family had a lovely stay at Village Hotel Bugis. They thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable, spacious and well-maintained rooms, which made their short stay all the more enjoyable.

Two amazing staff members, in particular, stood out. Nor Hayahti was incredibly helpful and efficient in handling the reservations and thoughtfully arranging the rooms to ensure that we had the right configuration to comfortably accommodate our family of six. Her care and attention to detail were truly appreciated.

Jonas also made a wonderful impression with his warm and genuine hospitality during check-in. His welcoming manner made the family feel at home from the moment they arrived.

Thank you, Village Hotel Bugis, and especially Hayahti and Jonas, for making my uncle and his family’s stay such a memorable one, albeit a short one. Your genuine hospitality made all the difference!

I am incredibly delighted to share that despite our late arrival at the hotel, Mr. Faris, the person in charge, provided us with exceptional assistance, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Furthermore, Mr. Faris elevated our honeymoon experience by upgrading our room to the executive lounge. We are immensely grateful for this wonderful gesture, as this marks our very first honeymoon getaway at this hotel.

Overall, I would rate the hotel as above average. The cleanliness was acceptable. The hotel is housed in an older building, so some of the décor and facilities show their age, but everything still met our basic accommodation needs.

The location is the hotel’s biggest advantage. Bugis MRT Station is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The hotel is right next to Kampong Glam and the Arab Street area, with Haji Lane, Sultan Mosque, and the Malay Heritage Centre nearby. There are also many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, making sightseeing and dining very convenient.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Guests who require assistance in Mandarin can ask the front desk directly, and they will arrange for a Mandarin-speaking staff member to assist them.

Basic toiletries and amenities are provided. Guests who would like to reduce the use of disposable items may also bring their own personal toiletries.

Although the MRT station is nearby, there is still a short walk between the station and the hotel. This may be slightly inconvenient during heavy rain or when travelling with large luggage or a stroller.

Overall, this hotel is suitable for travellers who value a convenient location and easy access to nearby attractions, and who do not mind staying in an older building.

Great location located at Masjid Sultan. Near to attraction shopping arcade such as Arab Street, Bugis Junction, Haji Lane. Easy to get HALAL food. Thank you, because up-grade my room to SUITE room.

The location is excellent, with many halal restaurants nearby and easy access to the MRT, making it very convenient to travel around Singapore.

we are visiting SG for medical purpose and find out the Village hotel Bugis reasonable price surounding area. Good space, Gym. swimingpool and the hotel staff very helpfull during 3day recovery, back forward for freezing the ice pack .

Despite being a bit old, the hotel is really nice, clean and in a great location. The staff are friendly, especially Simon at reception, he was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression.
