Breakfast was good!
No elevators.
It was quiet.
Parking off- site in “sketchy “ part of town….1 elevator that worked erratically (had to walk off 6 th floor with luggage at the end of my stay…. Also, I watched 3 “homeless “ people walk in the front door a partake of the breakfast bar one morning. Staff often seemed bothered at the evening happy hour…. House keeping only came in one day during my 3 day stay.
Employee named Morn. Very friendly.
Only 1 of 4 elevators was working. 250 rooms and 9 floors with 1 working elevator! Had to stand in line 15 minutes just to ride the elevator each time.
Convenient location. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Happy hours were great!!
Only 1 elevator was working. Luckily we were on the second floor so we used the stairs. Lack of staff. Laundry room was trashy.
Had to pay for valee service because of handicapped knee
Better parking and shower floor
Good
The elevator only one worked the whole time we were there.
It was clean and check-in was quick and easy. The free drinks during happy hour were nice. The staff was polite and helpful.
There was only one working elevator which made getting to and from the room a hassle. Also, the parking situation had changed since the last time we were there. It took a long time for the room to get cool enough to be comfortable.
Great location
Only 1 out of 3 elevators was in operation so had to take stairs from 7th floor (or wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator), lights in bathroom were extremely dim and one was out, plus lamps next to the beds did not work.
Awesome breakfast and comfortable bed!
One elevator out of 2 working, noisy neighbor, and no regular coffee in the room (only decaf).
The breakfast was very good. The room had two TV's which was nice especially with kids.
There was only one working elevator. The pool was dirty and had fruit flies in it. I wished breakfast opened sooner on the weekends. Booking price was $170 I got to the hotel and they charged me $220 for the same room. There were not enough towels in the room when requesting more towels from the front desk they only brought one extra towel. Our room had a funny smell to it when we arrived.
The elevators were not working properly which tamed it difficult for a lot people to get up and down the sty. It took so long.
The property needs a major upgrade! I stayed there right before Covid and it was run down then. Everything was exactly the same as it was years ago. We couldn’t sit on the sofa because it was broken and leaned towards the floor. The carpet is disgustingly old and dirty. The toilet is old and stained. It needs a serious cleaning. We checked in on Friday night and had to park our car at the mall parking lot. On the way to the room there were trash on the floor in the hallway. It was still there when we checked out Saturday along with dirty dishes that were piled up beside the ice machine. I would have complained but couldn’t talk to a real person on the phone only virtual assistant! The room got extremely hot after going to bed because after so long the air stops if there is no movement in the room. So you have to get up and run around the room in order to get the air back on. I literally felt like I was going to burst into flames! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the loud bark of a big dog
Nice staff. Good breakfast
The elevator was broke so anytime you had to leave your room it was atleast 15 minutes to get on the only elevator working. Was also given the wrong room key so I got to drag my kids back to the front desk to wait another 20 minutes to get that fixed. Adding that with the wait at the elevator it was a nightmare just getting into our room.
