quiet evening for family trip stopover
Pros:

We need a quiet stay during a stop over in the Nashville area (and not far from In-N-Out Burger). This was perfect. It was a very quiet area with an easy to access parking lot. Check in was easy and friendly-ish. Our room was very big which was nice. We had plenty of room for our luggage to be open and out of the way in a corner of the room. Breakfast was comparable to most hotels of this price range and had good selections from a hot bar to yogurt and oatmeal.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Needed an over night stay driving home to Indiana from Florida and booked with Hyatt Franklin online then called to let them know our check in would be about 8:30/9pm and the front staff was friendly, amazing and accommodating!

Decent place to stay. Not great, but decent.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel the last three years during our visits to the Nashville area. Overall, a decent place. Good location. Away from the hustle and bustle (and traffic) of Nashville.

The hotel did not provide a wake up service, either automated or from the front desk. We really could have used that for a 3am wake up time for a 6am flight home. Boo!

We had two rooms for a four day stay. Only one of the rooms was serviced on one occasion. Also a boo! The fourth floor hallway had a musty smell to it. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. Third boo!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was suprisingly good. Better than most places we have stayed at.

Would stay there again and have breakfast nearby. Wish they had a regular dining room and bar.
Pros:

The location was very handy. The beverages were cold and the orange juice was good.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the breakfast and did not feel it was worth the price. There was variety, but it was not what I would have chosen. There were no forks (maybe they had run out). Delicious bagels, but no cream cheese. Muffins would have been nice to go with the bananas.

Always Great
Pros:

Good clean place to stay. Will stay again on my next trip this fall.
My only complaint was there was absolutely no where to sit at breakfast. I only got a bowl of oatmeal & coffee and carried them to my room. Coffee was HORRIBLE! After 8 packs of sugar it was still too bitter to drink. It went down the drain.

Not the best
Pros:

I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel needs a lot of help. The hotel is needs lots of TLC. The staff gave my husband a room key without asking his name or id. - unsafe. We asked for housekeeping to clean our room, they didn't come first day so I called for new towel to be brought to our room. I was told I had to come to front desk to get new towels. I hope management puts some more time and effort into this hotel.
