Convenience of coming in at the middle of the night

Cons:

Breakfast bar wasn't good. Why have gravy with no biscuits? Not very much offered. No waffles. Personally my favorite.

Cool Springs Adventure
Pros:

Proximity to mall and restaurants was most excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. All equipment in room functioning properly.

Horrible breakfast, run down motel
Pros:

Worst Hyatt I’ve ever stayed. They had ham that was like warmed up lunch meat all 3 mornings. No sausage or bacon. Gross eggs and cold French toast or waffles. Elevator buttons all broken, staff unfriendly, one warm diet soda was for sale because they had trouble with their cooler. No snacks and drinks like other Hyatts. Gross rooms and extremely nasty down comforters! I attached pics of the thin dirty comforters. Will never stay there again.

Not really a Hyatt Place
Pros:

The business center did not have any equipment so it was not functioning. The Market contained no grab and go items. The Placery was not staffed so it was not open. Other than an okay breakfast, no food at all was available for either night. The staff was not apologetic nor did they seem concerned. Also, housekeeping did not clean my room before my second night.

Pros:

Hotel didn't clean the room once during the 4 days I was there. Claim I had to ask for this. We had to go get extra towels and remove our own trash. Breakfast was stale and gross. Elevator buttons were missing. I will not return.

Clean and close to attractions
Pros:

Worked perfectly for our needs. Far enough away from the busy downtown but close enough to attractions. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.
