Nice neighborhood and close to the mall and attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
Excellent location. I was welcomed by a friendly and competent staff member.
He gave me a quiet room because I was scheduled for surgery the next day.
The bedroom was separated by a half wall and provided cushion from the noise in the hallway. Everything was clean and convenient.
The shower was the only thing nice...everything else thumbs down
Room smelled like dirty mop water...mattress and pillows were hard and stiff

Customer service at the front was bad multiple times. On the morning of the 22nd, at around 8:50 am the morning clerk was gone for like almost 30 minutes. I asked the cook for assistance but she didn't know where she was nor could she communicate very well about what to do so she wasn't very helpful. I went towards the end of the hallway, looking for any kind of employee rooms and eventually saw the lady clerk coming out of a room near the kitchen door. I know this because I mentioned to her that there was a cockroach on the wall next to the kitchen door and she ignored me and dismissed the bug as not being a cockroach. Which it was because I took a picture of it as proof. So the other complaint is cleanliness. Never did eat anything at your kitchen area after seeing that.
