Very nice place to stay for a trip in Paris- I would definitely come back here again.
Pros:

Neighborhood that has everything you need- restaurants, shops ; really good location- metro is very close. Our room was comfortable (cleaning every day if you want), the men at the reception are always smiling and helpful:) Inside there is nice, small patio where you can sit and relax.

Le rapport qualité prix, trop cher pour ce que c'était. C'était en été, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, deux ventilateurs qui fonctionnaient très mal et faisaient trop de bruit donc difficile de dormir. Bref très mauvais établissement.

L'emplacement est très pratique, proche des transports courants et des grands axes. La personne à l'accueil était très gentille. La chambre était très propre, fonctionnelle et surtout bien insonorisée. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant. La literie est très tres bien.

Старый ремонт, слышимость ужасная - если кто-то ходил по коридору, то было слышно будто нас не разделяет дверь. Тоже самое и с дверью в ванну. Почему-то в номере не было ни одного крючка, некуда было повесить одежду или полотенца. Не было полотенца для ног. Не было одеяла, только одна тонкая простынь.
