Nothing to rave about.
Pros:

I was able to get 2 rooms on the first floor next to each other. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Looks like rooms could use some updating. Fitted sheet on my bed had a nasty looking stain on it so much so I slept on a towel. Floors looked clean but did not feel that way with bare feet. Check in was a long process, had to wait for quite some time. Had to wait for coffee at breakfast while more was being made and eggs were completely gone and took some time to replenish.

Pros:

The room and decor were clean. The breakfast buffet was suitable.

Cons:

Back door to smoke didn't work. They gave me a second floor when I told them I was bringing in a baby. The room is an accesible room for wheelchair users and honestly it's great for that. But the bed itself is kind of a danger? It's a full with a very very flimsy soft mattress that my husband almost fell out of by himself. I cannot imagine a wheelchair user getting out of that bed safely without assistance.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent except for the powdered eggs. The coffee was drinkable. This has always been my go-to hotel when leaving from the airport early the next day.

Cons:

Communication was lacking. I received an extended message warning about the hotel's no smoking policy, but no one responded to my questions. The check-in was fast, but why do I need to then fill out a paper initialing five different paragraphs that AGAIN warned about smoking. What kind of people stay here?

Serviceable with courteous staff
Pros:

Breakfast is standard fare for a hotel of this type. The breakfast room is adjacent to the fitness room so folks can watch you run on the one working treadmill. The shuttle service to the airport and car rental center is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The RTA red line is literally across the parking lot although it was experiencing some disruption while we were there.

Cons:

The room was just clean enough that I did not need to complain. The sheets and towels were a bit worn. The price seemed high for the quality.
