I checked into this “hotel,” which advertises itself as family-friendly, with my three-year-old child after clearly stating in advance that I would be staying with him.
At 6:30 PM, the clerk called and said my child was disturbing the neighbors. Yes, my child is energetic, like almost all three-year-olds. But there was nothing excessive in terms of noise — just normal running around and occasional loud emotional reactions. Considering the time (6:30 PM), it was absolutely within normal limits.
They offered to move me to the first floor. My child was already falling asleep when the front desk called, and of course he woke up because of it. I refused to move because my child was nearly asleep and, honestly, why would you place guests with a small child on the third floor in the first place if you already knew they were traveling with a child? That should have been planned in advance, not after my child was almost asleep.
You are not family-friendly. Do not advertise yourselves that way.
P.S. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
P.P.S. Also I discovered that the door of my car in the parking lot had been scratched at morning —even though everything was fine last night
It was close to all the locations.
They didn't have a variety of breakfast like scramble eggs and sausage. It should be added than it will be an exellent breakfast.

The price was a bit much for the amenities.
Out of everything I'd say the bed was comfortable
The second floor is where we stayed and the people above us at 2:30 am to about 5 am walking around consistently. Our second night we didn't receive any towels or anything and never seen one staff cleaning.
Property is in a convenient location
Paid for a deluxe king room was told that they were sold out and had a full-size single basic room for the same price

Nothing
The place smelled like smoke and burnt food. No one was at the front desk to greet you when you arrive. The toilet in our room had not been flushed before entering. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a dead bug on the window and it’s was overall unclean and bad experience.

I was on the second floor and someone above me was so loud I'm never booking here again and the heater is so dirty I'll never book here again
