Close to the airport, quiet and clean. WiFi was good.
The breakfast was lackluster I didn’t even get food cuz there was next to nothing left at 7:30 and no replenishing was going on.
I actually loved nearly everything about the hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was cozy and comfortable, the lobby was clean, and the staff were friendly. I loved the location of our room and the hotel itself was a perfect distance away from everything. We will definitely stay there in the future. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows and I never feel comfortable on anyone else's pillows. It was overall a really enjoyable stay.
These are where my concerns come in. The first two are relatively minor. 1. I know that you are trying to save energy and this is probably common among hotels, but if you know a guest is checking in, please turn on the AC. It was HOT in the room and after many hours of traveling that is the last thing you want is waiting for a room to cool down before going to sleep. 2. Again probably common among hotels, but we were tired as we got in late. I quickly put our food from the cooler into the fridge. The next morning when I went to get something out all of our food was WARM. The fridge had been turned on the lowest setting, again probably to save energy, but dang I had to throw away all of my food. The biggest thing I didn't like was on booking's site under Property Facilities, there is a Cleaning Services section, which clearly states "Daily Housekeeping". We did NOT get that. They cleaned our room once during our 6 day stay. One day which was the first day we did have the do not disturb sign up which of course they did not disturb, but that was the one and only day we had it up. The second day they did clean, but then after that nothing. We never put the sign up after that first day either. We had to continuously request clean towels and for someone to come and take the dirty ones as well as empty the trash and l don't mean someone came and did it for us. We carried the towels up to our room as well as new garbage bags. Packed up the all of the trash and dirty towels so someone could grab it. Let me tell you, I do not want to do that during my vacation and things pile up quick when you have a family staying especially when one is in diapers. If this is not a service offered any more I could have prepared, but to be told we get it and then didn't was what made it a major yuck for me.

The location was not great. Only thing worth mentioning was the proximity to activities in the area.
Carpet was dirty and smelly, curtains in the room were ragged and dirty, the shower was dirty and the drain was misplaced when we first checked in. the entire placed seemed like it was built 30 years ago and has made 0 updates or improvements since then.
