Pool and breakfast
Gave us room and then said it was worng, gave us second room and it wasn't cleaned, then gave us a third room.
It was loud.
Never got my deposit back even though we cleaned up after ourselves and everything was kept nice and neat

Check in staff friendly. After that horrific stay. NO trespassing sign on front of building, cameras all cut in parking lot. Dog faces in hall to pool, as well as a speed bump either hose or pipe under carpet. Pool filthy watched a guest fall due to slime, tiles on waterline green, particles covering them bottom brown and green and I’m not hot tub and pool. Jets is hot tub broken also. Rusty pipes in pool area. Worst part was all doors are not secure at all. Full of addicts wandering, complete with an OD and car alarms going off 5 hours before I reported it and shortnened my stay. Manager David which I only after I mentioned safety and OD in parking lot claimed ‘it is not indicative to his property’ anyone with eyes can see it’s a long term issue, electronics hanging out if maintenance room, Sheetrock screws through the non working bath fan. No CC for hearing impaired at all( staff tried think it’s a cable company issue)
The doors were mechanically modified to stay open. This place needs to be shut down and new management before I would EVER consider ANY Batmant hotel again.
I have stayed across the street at both hotels there and no issues at all.
Having a vulnerable adult with me I will never risk it again. When I called back to check and see why second night wasn’t credited, David was extremely aggressive, threatening and overreacting! I should have been notified up front there is a waiting period for credit on multiple night bookings when it was cancelled.
He still charged the full rate for that night of misery and no sleep at all. Not acceptable and I made it clear to him I don’t like writing bad reviews as hotels have struggled since Covid.
The entire road trip this is the only place you couldn’t PAY me to stay again

Hot tub didn't work very well.

Paid for a jacuzzi that was In rough shape ( paint peeling, patched up & a knob missing).
Room had paint peeling, rusting door to restroom, toilet that took way to long to flush (sounds weird until you see what I mean), outdated decor and had to sign a waiver that they weren’t liable for damage to vehicles.

This motel is in serious need of renovation. The carpets are dirty; the bathroom is dated; the parking lot is OK; the bed was OK. We will not stay there at any time in the future
