affordability. staff did their best, but hotel did not supply adequate bedding

Cons:

phone in room did not work,
no sheets for pull out couch or blankets
needed more pillow for pull out couch, front desk did not have them available.
Front desk did not answer the phone when I called from my cell phone because the phone in the room was not working. I had to find someone to stay with 4 children, while I physically went to front desk to retrieve appropriate bedding.

I liked the room and the bed

Cons:

The sound insulation is horrible. There was rock music in rooms close to me until 4am, and lots of folks coming and going in the hallways. I did not sleep well.
