Location and price
Wasn’t really clean as I found several hairs on my linen and surfaces. I was too tired to complain and the hotel was packed so it was unlikely I could be move.
Housekeeping took our personal items out of the room.
It was close to all the places we needed to go, the staff was friendly and the building was clean.
The parking and the shower took a while to drain the water.
There are moments in life when kindness leaves a permanent mark, and this place did exactly that for our family. My 74-year-old father was traveling alone when he was involved in an accident, and from the moment he arrived until the moment he safely flew back to Tennessee, the staff stepped in with extraordinary compassion and care.
They had no obligation to help him the way they did, yet they treated him like family every step of the way. They made sure he was comfortable, supported, and never alone during a very difficult and vulnerable time. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant more to us than words can fully express.
If you are looking for a place filled with warmth, love, and people who truly care about others, this is it. They make you feel safe, welcomed, and at home. The breakfast bar. Not enough room when there is more than 2 people in there. Also the coffee bar is to small.
