Overall the stay was good and the staff was good.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming to me when I checked in.

Cons:

My room had a locked door that was a closet that was closed off. But when I moved the chair that was in front of the door the door opened and that's how I discovered the closet.

Pros:

ROACHES !!!!! Soooo disgusting. Then when I arrived, there was a wait so long there was a line. I’m 9 months pregnant and had to sit down. The worker came back and didn’t even apologize for the wait or nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person. & I’m only giving it two stars because it’s harder for them to remove it! EVERYONE needs to see these reviews . THEY ARE NOT LIES ITS FILTHY
