They were very accommodating. I even left my medication on accident in the fridge and I contacted them and they kept it

The breakfast could be switched up. I’m not much of a waffle, sausage/biscuit girl. But they had other stuff and other than that very satisfied

Complete disaster the hole stay no wifi dirty room !!! Room#128

First of all when you travel I'm traveling with kids that has tablets and I have a autistic son that needs his speech device connected and the whole stay we could not connect at all !!!! anything or use the internet the manager at the front desk did not tell us the Wi-Fi was not working until after we were checked in and in our rooms he said he was giving a refund for $15 which I feel he should have gave me my refund back for half of what I payed I have yet to receive and it's been 5 days please if you have kids that needs wifi don't stay there ! My son couldn't cummicate with me the hole stay and it was his 5th birthday 😢😢

Where do I start. The first room we were in was ok except for all the fleas in it, but the second room we went to was terrible, the mattress was so wore out it was sagging in the middle and you could feel the wood frame it didn’t even fit on right, the air unit in the room was so loud that it was a good thing we came for the drum show and had earplugs with us or we would have had to move to a third room
