Almost perfect!
Pros:

This place is almost exactly 1/2 way between our 2 destinations. It was nice that they could accommodate us on the ground floor. I'm so happy about a warm breakfast option.

Cons:

I took a shower & water literally was all over the nation floor. I understand the handicapped shower with no ledge for wheel chair access. But there should be a way for the water to drain better in the shower then for it to go into the bathroom drain.

Pros:

I liked having access to a pool and hot tub, just wish they’d spend the money to fix the heating element! It’s freezing and you have the money to repair it! I was told it isn’t worth repairing.

Cons:

The shower had someone’s eyelashes in it which intel's that it was not cleaned at all. The pool is only open until 9pm on the weekends, that’s ridiculous! There are no lifeguards to there is no reason it can’t be 24hrs or at least have an adult swim time after 9pm if you don’t want children there late. Gym is closed for repairs or upkeep?? Spend the money to fix this place! It’s right beside the interstate and could be very nice and budget friendly.

Pros:

Everything was good about the room the bed was comfy hot water was good. Breakfast was pretty good great selection.

Cons:

The only thing I can complain about is the hot tub needed cleaned.

Unsafe and unprofessional

Cons:

We were given room 222. When we unlocked the door to enter a dog barked at us from behind the door and someone slammed the door. This could have been dangerous to me and my wife and to whoever was in the room. Also the back door to the hotel was left unlocked all night where anyone could enter without being seen. The front desk was unattended when I arrived and I had to wait 10 minutes and finally call the hotel before someone showed up.

Location was good.

Cons:

Biscuit and gravy, waffle maker, boiled eggs, no meat, cereal, juice, coffee..... Bed had a blood stain in it. I asked for a do not disturb and no one ever brought one. Employees were smoking weed behind the building. It was stuff we could deal with. I just wish it had been a bit more comfortable. We avoided the blood stain by just sleeping on top of the comforter. We had asked an employee in the hallway to help us with it, but they never came back. Granted, the weekend was busy with volleyball teams and baseball teams. I would stay again if the customer service had been more dependable.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Four miles from central Franklin, i.e not far from historical area. Cracker Barrel next door…

Cons:

The shower, toilet, and entry sink had not been properly cleaned when I checked in at 8 p.m. 8:00 p.m.!

I was too tired by a long drive to return to the lobby but brought it to the clerk’s attention in the morning. When I returned in the evening nothing had been done. Nothing.

If you're on a budget, this is it.
Pros:

Close to the historical downtown district. And they were able to give us adjoining rooms.

Cons:

I just thought the parking lot was really dirty. Breakfast was okay, but nothing to brag about.
