Comodo y limpio
Algo de ruido en la noche con el cuarto de al lado y se escucho
Needs alot of work
Pool needs to be repaired air units leaked just need a lot of repairs
Location was very close to a lot of attractions and points of interest.
The property was dated. Needs a good remodeling.
Except the room floor, the room and bathroom were clean.
There was a sign that said there was no continental breakfast besides coffee and orange juice. There was green mold around the swimming pool. The hall carpet was very dirty. The floor in the room was dirty. There was a very steep hill to drive up to get to the hotel.
Location and price
Could use some updates and definitely new bed pillows.
Very close to everything and enjoyed the stay beds where really comfortable
I thought they had free continental breakfast, but they did not but that was OK. We ain’t got something and brought it back to the room.
Very clean and very new people...I will definitely be back!

Most everything. Didn't know it was located up on a hill away from the main traffic. But that worked out OK. The two ladies at the front desk ( i wish I would have got there names) were very friendly, courteous and professional. Just super nice people.
Don't think there was anything we didn't like. Usually the pictures you see online and when you arrive at a hotel/motel it's a different thing
But not this hotel. It was actually better than pictured. Was very satisfying.
Air was good, staff really nice, and location was great 😃
Bed was hard, toilet seat needed replacement, and TV was positioned too low to the bed.
that it was in pigeon forge
very dirty, uncomfortable.
Bed was uncomfortable
Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. It was a great welcoming when you entered and when you exited. The young lady at the desk had such great customer service. She helped us with some of the attractions. There was a guy on the elevator with his tools so I assumed he might be the manager of the site. He was so nice and gave us his card and invited us to return again and it felt good to have the invite. We will definitely be returning and staying at The Pigeon Ford Hotel.
No complaints
Location was the only good thing
It was dirty, our toilet didn’t flush and they wouldn’t fix it or switch rooms
The parking was decent. The room was clean.
The bed was awful. It's very firm. Much too firm for me. No microwave, No mini fridge.
Beds and shower was clean. Quiet rooms. I slept well. My husband did not.
There was what appeared to be broken crackers in the bathroom floor behind the door. Dried food on the chair and floor. My kid thought it was blood but I’m sure it was maybe pizza sauce. Other food particles on the floor. It rained and there was water coming from the ceiling, down the window, onto the ac unit, soaking the floor. Staff gave me pool towels to dry it up.
It was a nice place to stay for the price we paid. The bed was huge, and comfortable, and the view was nice. Beautiful sunset views, and it had a nice deck. We didn't swim in the pool but it sure looked refreshing.
It was the cleanest. The bathroom was average, and the shower had lots of mildew and grime in it and on the shower head. Also the overnight receptionist was not helpful when asking for resources around for medicine.
Pool
Tub was peeling
