It was great
Nothing
This is our usual go to spot to stay when we are coming to Dollywood as season passholders. We never have many issues as we just use it for a place to rest. This stay the whole hotel smelled awful, like weed. People were constantly smoking outside in the parking lot and it was drifting into the lobby and even the cars. At one point, a truck with a trailer took up around 4-5 spots right at the check in.
Location,quietness and cleanliness
Nothing
I was quiet and it was clean and the beds were awesome

It was in a good location, room wasn’t so bad. I liked that if you paid your deposit in cash, you’d get it back the next day.
The shower heads move so much that the water would spill out of the tub making the floor wet when stepping out. The beds were also pretty hard.
Where they had were u can sit outside and look over Pigeon Forge.
Driving up the big hill to get the property
The lady that worked when we checked in was so sweet and helpful

Price for great room
Bed needs new mattress.
Beautiful viewing deck.
Littered with cigarette butts with no place for anyone to dispose of them. Spent 30 minutes myself picking up because it wasn’t very peaceful to sit amongst. Was threatened by the maintenance man for picking up my dogs droppings-“we’re going to have a problem if you keep picking it up. Leave it- no problem.” This goes against common courtesy. He also threatened to sue every time he turned around.
The location is the best part. It is centrally located to everything and they have a nice deck to go sit out on. The water pressure in the shower was good. That's all of the good items.
The girl at check-in could barely manage to take out her ear buds long enough to check us in. She gave us our room key and parking sign, no other information. There was no Do Not Disturb sign in the room, so we were woken up at 8am by housekeeping, she gave us a sign, which is just an attraction flyer looking door hanger. The room was rundown, there were broken tiles in the bathroom area. The beds were uncomfortable. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.
