The layout of my room and space, friendliness of all the ladies in the morning cleaning the rooms, greeting us as we walked by, saying Goodmorning! Loved it.
At the front desk, there is a Middle aged man with reddish hair. When he asked me for my ID for verification, I told him I only had a picture option available because my ID was stolen, and he laughed at me as if he didn’t believe me. He laughed like he was trying to make it obvious he didn’t believe me. Regardless if I was telling the truth, he should have some more customer service. It made the entire interaction awkward and it made me uncomfortable and nervous because apart from that he just blatantly is rude. The last time I was here I delt with him as well, and he deliberately tried to make me feel dumb because I didn’t know the make of my car though I told him it was a Lincoln. We get you don’t like your job, but at least fake it til you make it.

The staff was friendly and pleasant.
The whole place needs a major "refresh". I travel extensively and depending up who I am with and the comfort level that is desired, I may pay more. But this was for a short overnight stay as I was just traveling through the town. Stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway carpet was about the grubbiest I have ever seen. Carpet in the room not quite as bad but getting there. Tables in the breakfast room ( I was one of the first ones there) did not look as though they had been wiped from either the previous day or people who had used them during the day. I could not find a single clean one. The place was dated and generally felt dirty. I know that you get what you pay for but I expect much better from Baymont.
The beds are very comfortable. Easy to get too.
I found a pair of socks behind the dresser that weren't mine.
