Disappointed and will not go back

Good location

Cons:

Ice machine broken, vending broken, coffee out, much of the breakfast was gone. The real problem was I was charged $30 on the credit card I had to give the hotel. We checked in, took a nap, went to a concert and came back went to sleep. We are 60 we did not steal towels or even moved anything. I feel like the charge was sketchy.i disputed it. Also why is housekeeping opening my door at 8 am when checkout is at noon.

Very nice hotel for pet friendly, breakfast was good too.
Pros:

That we were greeted nicely. Our room accommodations were wonderful and pet friendly. Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Lot of restaurants around too.

Cons:

Our room (248) bathtub really needs attention. The clerk (guy) when we checked out on, the 11th was very abrupt and unconcerned about our check out process.

Comfort is was ok but Baymont staff was friendly but my room was not clean
Pros:

The outside look good but when I got to my room it was not clean. I asked to be moved they didn’t have room so they called comfort in and comfort in accommodated us.

Cons:

That my room wasn’t clean and I had to go to a different motel which was comfort inn. They transferred my money for a deposit to comfort Inn, which I never got my deposit back in my room was clean when I left. I didn’t destroy anything. Wasn’t at the wrong. Where is my money?

horrible place had to rebook.
Pros:

i liked nothing about this place.

Cons:

there was yellow stains on the bed and bed bugs. i did not even stay the first night of my two night stay and opted just to get another room at another hotel. it also smells like mildew in the rooms.
