Gjeninnfør frokost som standard
Cons:

Jeg hater å komme til resepsjonen og det første jeg får høre er at «du har ikke bestilt frokost»!
Bestilte dobbelt rom delux og gledet meg til en kveld i Kristiansand og en herlig frokost før jeg kjører tilbake til Stavanger!
Men nei, da må jeg betale 220 kr ekstra for å få frokost! Samme skjedde sist helg i Trondheim , bestilte suite for tre netter og ankom hotellets resepsjon , «du har ikke frokost inkl i de 11000 du har betalt for tre netter!»
Noe av poenget å bo på hotell er jo den herlige frokosten sammen med min kjære, før byvandring eller hva det nå er som skjer i løpet av en helg.
Nå har jeg lett igjennom min bestilling for å se om jeg med vitende vilje har bestilt hotel uten frokost, men finner ikke noe som tilsier det!!! Så kjære hotelldirektør gjeninnfør frokost som standard så slipper vi disse sure øyeblikkene i resepsjonen!

One Bad Apple Can Spoil the Entire Barrel
Pros:

The breakfast was good. It was available for a long time (7:30-11 AM) and was very varied & generous.

Cons:

This was the worst check in experience I have ever had and it colored our entire impression of the hotel although, to be fair, except for Isabella, and to a lesser extent Paula, the staff was helpful and pleasant.

La vieille Clim qu ils ont pas réussi à régler car c est un vieil établissement et après 3 réclamations ils ont rien fait!!! Nous sommes partis avec un rhum et mal de tere après 3 jours d hôtel

Für einen Stadttrip okay.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und das Frühstücksbufett war sensationell .

Cons:

Zimmer sind gefühlt seit 30 Jahren nicht renoviert, zumindest die Badezimmer. Außerdem habe ich immer mehr das Gefühl, dass man als Bucher über Bookingcom die schlechtesten Zimmer bekommt.
