The staff is always amazing. They always smile when I walk in the door.

Cons:

Going up & down the stairs. Not anybody's fault but my own. I always request to be on the bottom floor. For some reason it slipped my mind. Well at least I go some exercise.

Happy but can be better
Pros:

the employee are very friendly and they did make sure I was comfortable i found someone smoking out of my room and they take care of that immediately

Cons:

The noise from the freeway is way too high and make it difficult to rest
The cover in the windows are not sufficient to let you rest in the mornings they need to be a thicker shade close to the glass
