Don’t expect a refund or a discount when things go wrong. The staff thinks it’s everybody’s problem but there’s.
Pros:

Had a really nice dog area, for my pup to go to the bathroom. And poop bags provide provided.

Cons:

The lady at check-in was really nice, but the water was shut off without her notice. I was in the middle of a shower had to wash off with a bottle of water that I brought my husband called and the lady said she’s checking somebody and she can’t help us right now so he went downstairs. The lady said it’s not her problem. We would have to talk to management and it’ll be back on at 2 AM. This was at 10 PM. I had soap in my hair so the next day my husband went down to speak with them and they yelled at him because we asked for a refund or a discount because we did not get the facilities we were paying for.

Stay far far away from this place.
Pros:

Nothing. The staff won’t talk to you at the desk and they have this robot AI screen that is a complete disaster. I’m tired and want my room key I don’t want to test you pile of shit that can’t speak clear English.

Cons:

Hated everything. Our door wouldn’t lock and the rooms were old and horrible. I will never come back.

nice room, shame about the noise from other guests

Don't usually book motel 6's due to bad experience in the past but was tempted in by the excellent reviews for this one! the room was very nice and clean, large and comfortable.

Cons:

despite the numerous reviews saying it was really quiet, unfortunately it wasnt for us - noises all night from other guests - yelling, talking, walking past, glass smashing, water running from somewhere outside etc - so a very bad night's sleep. may be due to room location - we were given a ground floor room behind the lobby ( may have been quieter in one of the separate blocks and / or upstairs ), and / or just pure bad luck for us! didnt use the pool / hot tub as we arrived late - pool looked fine but hot tub looked like it needed a clean.

Would stay again in a bind but would bring cleaning supplies.
