Great accommodation
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful! Good location easy access to everything.

Cons:

The shower floor gets slippery and water runs out of the shower which adds to it being slippery

Pros:

This hotel was fine for one night.

Cons:

Given we were there on a Sunday evening, there were no eateries available to eat at, including the hotels restaurant. This was quite disappointing.

Comfortable and clean with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Neisha at reception was really helpful and phoned us several times before our first stay to make sure we were comfortable with the after hours arrival arrangements. Once there she was really pleasant and helpful with providing helpful information about town facilities. The room was newly renovated and clean.

Cons:

Smokers next door and their smoke drifing into our room. Supposedly a non-smoking hotel, but not the fault if the management.

Friendly staff & the comfiest bed

Everything was good apart from the attitude of the receptionist on arrival.
Cons:

Receptionist was abrupt and said we had no booking for 7th Sep. So we paid the hotel direct for that night at $178. She claimed it was a better room with a sea view. It was exactly the same as our room on 3rd with a town view. On checking with booking.com we did in fact have the room booked at $155 so she had make a mistake thus costing us an extra $20.

Good for short stays and passing through, very comfortable
Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable, premises were very clean, bathroom was modern, room had ocean view. We were on a high floor and it was reasonably quiet. There was plenty of secure parking available. City centre wasn't too far away.
