They changed me twice
Location could not have been better. Mattress was comfy. Air conditioner worked well.
It was pretty dirty, the linens had been cleaned, but the bathroom was frightful. Dirty floors. Lamps were broken and curtains were full of holes. No soap in bathroom as advertised.
Clean
They nickel and dime for everything here (like paying per hour for Wi-Fi) and have a list of additional rules which far exceeds what most hotels require. This tells me that they have switched from a hospitality model to a utility model and do not value their customers. I won't be returning.
Nothing
I booked a room at this property specifically for the "well-equipped kitchen" advertised in their listing. Unfortunately, the reality was a blatant bait-and-switch. Upon entering the room, I discovered the cupboards and drawers were completely empty—no cookware, no utensils, nothing. More shockingly, the stovetop was unusable as the heating elements had been entirely removed (see attached photo).
The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of professional accountability. After paying in full at check-in and immediately identifying the room's condition, I requested a cancellation and refund. The front desk staff directed me to coordinate through Booking.com. However, despite multiple attempts by the booking platform to contact the hotel to authorize my refund, management has remained completely unresponsive.
I was forced to secure last-minute accommodations elsewhere and am currently out the cost of a reservation I could not use. If you are traveling for business or as a family and actually need the amenities advertised, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This property is failing to provide basic promised services and is actively avoiding communication to resolve the financial discrepancy.

Elizabeth at the front desk was nice and welcoming .
There was no shower curtain, the tub didn’t work , we don’t have any wash cloths and was unable to get any because front desk was closed , the toilet was dirty , the bed was uncomfortable. WiFi barely worked and the tvs were old - no cable and no way to play Netflix or any other streaming service . Highly disappointed. I will never stay here again. I much rather pay double /triple the price for a clean , Comfortable, bare minimum room. It’s my fault for having faith in an extended stay . Really wish I would have kept my money .
