The hotel is grand, but my room wasn’t ready for me until nearly 5:00pm although check-in time was 4:00pm, causing me to have to camp out in the lobby for a while. The room was spacious but the mattresses were terrible—lumpy and noisy (like crumpling paper).

Convience to the Palace. Easy to park
Pros:

Nice old hotel close to the Palace where we saw a concert. Comfort of the beds was average. We would stay there again, particularly if we were going to another show at the Palace.

Disappointing due to a very unprofessional hotel manager!!!

The hotel manager who is black was very racist and rude to me. I am a white man. She insulted me by saying that I am too poor and unrefined to stay at
a hotel at the Brown's caliber!!!!!
