Great bar service from vivi, start, and john

Vivian is the best bartender I've ever had at a hotel. I always had a full drink, she made sure the food was brought out fresh, was conversational but not overbearing, and truly made the meal a wonderful experience. She's a truly valuable asset to your team.

I just woke up to backed-up sewage in my bathroom. The entire room smelled of human waste, and the shower and toilet overflowed getting into the carpet. I stepped into it when I woke up, trying to go to the bathroom. Go to the front desk, and the person there doesn't know what to do. Said I would change the room but your checking out today. Crazy human waste is all over our bathroom and carpet yet sends us back up to the same room.

Had a great family meal here today. Served by Becky, Stefany and John who were all lovely and attentive. They explained the food options and I eventually settled for the fish tacos which were nice.

Awesome bar and service staff

Bartenders were awesome! Very attentive and drinks were very good.

Went for business. Although the hotel is out of the way from the airport, there was ready shuttle service to support getting around. Fabulous service. Makes the location very accessible.

The design of the layout

Francisco was amazing! He informed us of the shuttle. We didn’t know that was an option. He was ready for pickup after our show and even had a cooler of ice water. 10/10 would stay again.

Hotel is very dated. I had to change rooms twice because the a/c didn’t work in the first two rooms. There are better places to choose from.

Cleanliness., staff very friendly, food and drinks were delicious. Parking lot was easy to find parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the highway good for passing thru the area

I stayed 5 nights total. The room was adequate for my needs. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows would flatten out immediately upon resting your head. The bathtub did not drain very well when using the shower. Housekeeping did not take used glasses away after cleaning. Food at the hotel restaurant was decent, especially the breakfast. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. Pablo, the shuttle driver was outstanding providing service. He added great conversation and was knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The bartenders at the hotel lobby were outstanding providing service. Steffy, Vivian and Becky were courteous, professional and friendly to all customers. They provided excellent customer service with a smile.
The hotel has 3 elevators but not all three were working while I was there. At one point, only one was working on one of the days. One did not work at all. A lot of the hotel needs remodeling and updating. There was a strange smell in the hallways, carpet also needs updating.

I don’t leave many reviews but I did want to say that Taylor at the Starbucks was just so friendly and helpful during my stay. It was nice to feel welcomed.

My wife was checking in as guest of hardrock partner hotel and usaully the lady is friendly and keys the card for breakfast in morning so she asked the gentleman about it and he was very rude to her ! Said that’s not how it works we are not hardrock we don’t care about you. Then he gave us a room that the door didn’t work for the patio and he treated my wife with disrespect. We have let hardrock know and I wouldn’t reccomend anyone stay here ever with that kind of treatment.

Pablo has excellent customer service skills. Prompt, courteous and timely.
