Nous avons tout apprécié mais s'il me fallait donner un conseil, je dirais que certains équipements ne sont plus adaptés et pourraient être rénovés (équipement pour recharger les téléphones par exemple) ou réparer (la douche perdait de l'eau sur les côtés)
We started a trip to Northern Italy with a stay at the Grand Hotel Milan. It is a beautiful property which has rooms that are well-appointed without being over-the-top. The bed was very comfortable and the towels and linens were excellent. We were able to adjust the thermostat in our room, which was a plus, as we were there during an unseasonably warm period. The meals we had at the hotel restaurant, including breakfast, were well-prepared and filling. We really liked that at breakfast we could get specially made eggs instead of having to rely on what was on the buffet. My husband loved indulging in a morning cappuccino or two. The hotel is well located for shopping, visiting historic sites, museums, and parks. Staff members were friendly and helpful in responding to questions and helping with dinner reservations. If I ever have the chance to visit Milan again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel in Milan for three nights in March during a business trip, and I can say without hesitation that it was a truly outstanding experience.
From the very first moment, you can feel the timeless elegance of the property: the location is perfect, right in the city center, and the design beautifully blends history and refinement. Every space reflects the authentic charm of Milan.
I stayed in a suite, spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. It was quiet, bright, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every detail designed for relaxation. I slept wonderfully.
The dining experience was equally excellent: top-quality cuisine and impeccable service. Breakfast was one of my favorite moments — enjoying it in the outdoor seating area overlooking the small square is something truly special, a little luxury that makes the start of the day unique.
The aperitivo at Gerry’s Bar is also not to be missed: a true Milanese living room, elegant and welcoming, where time seems to slow down and every detail is carefully considered.
But what truly makes this hotel memorable is the service: professional, discreet, and attentive, “old-fashioned” in the best possible way, a rarity nowadays.
In summary, an experience I highly recommend without hesitation. The Grand Hotel in Milan is a guarantee of excellence in every respect. I look forward to returning.
Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war durchweg sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr gut organisiert, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ich habe mich jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und auch die übrigen Einrichtungen haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.
