Bathroom needs repair

Great location in the heart of Milan. We got the chance to stay in one of the renovated rooms and it is very very nice. Stefano, his staff and concierge are super helpful. It is the best hotel we have stayed during our long European trip.

This historic luxury hotel is perfectly situated minutes from so many of the sights and shopping which make Milan such an interesting city to explore. Our visit, during a period of record-breaking summer heat in Milan and throughout Europe, was saved by the excellent a/c in our hotel rooms. When we wilted from sightseeing in the heat, we would return to the hotel to relax and cool down in our rooms or the many comfortable sitting areas throughout the beautiful lobby.
Service was excellent at all levels, from the desk staff and very helpful concierge team to timely and efficient twice-daily maid service. Buffet breakfast was marvelous, and we enjoyed several lunches and dinners at the two hotel restaurants.
Excellent experience. Hotel was clean and staff was unbelievably friendly. They knew us by name after check-in and every time we came or went they greeted us like we were family. Room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. We also really enjoyed their chocolates they routinely left in the evenings. Hotel has a fabulous location. Right next to the local train and steps from fabulous shopping and Duomo. Hotel restaurant was also a treat. Highly recommend and will return.
Excellent Breakfast Experience at Caruso
Although our stay at the Grand Hotel et de Milan is not yet complete, I would like to recognize the outstanding hospitality we have received at Caruso.
Each morning, breakfast has been a highlight of our stay. The quality of the food, the elegant atmosphere, and most importantly the professionalism and friendliness of the staff have been exceptional.
A special thank you to Mr. Ivano Quaini, Restaurant Manager, whose attention to guests and dedication to service are clearly reflected in the entire team. He made us feel genuinely welcome and contributed greatly to our first visit to Milan.
We look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay and would gladly recommend Caruso to anyone visiting Milan.

The room was old world charm with all the amenities. Beautiful burl wood furniture. A bed so comfy you didn’t want to get out. Impeccably clean, large closets and mirrors. Walking through the hotel everything spoke 5 star.
I liked how close it was to all milan main tourist locations and how artistic and feels like your grandparents home.. loved it and highly recommend
