L emplacement de l hôtel, la literie et la propreté
J étais au petit déjeuner avec mon chien 🐕 et je me suis fait jetter dehors sans ménagement par une employé alors que j avais réservé pour mon chien.
La calidad del desayuno fue lo mejor. Y también la amabilidad de Ester y de la chica de recepción que siempre fueron muy amables.
Que no ofrecían servicio de cena
En la habitación estaba bien regulada la temperatura y tanto el colchón como las almohadas eran cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio. La atención del personal amable y correcta
No es que no me gustase, pero le daría un poquito más de amplitud a la habitación.
Tranquilidad de la zona ya lo conocía ningún ruido la cama amplia y comoda
Hotel de 4 estrellas no tener minibar toallas muy pasadas y ni secador de pelo y pocos detalles en la habitación he de decir que muy limpia eso si
a nuestra llegada nos encontramos todo en obras y no vi nada en la reserva . luego vi que estaba en ingles pero yo no tengo porque saber ingles. la obra era en la entrada del hotel y fuera del mismo. brutal la obra. el director en compensacin no nos cobró la estancia del perro que levabamos. de todas formas pasé calor en la habitación a pesar de tener el aire a tope.
Lo bien que estaba el buffet y la limpieza
El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Las instalaciones están muy bien. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Aunque no está muy céntrico, los trabajadores te piden taxis que llegan en apenas un par de minutos. Ha sido una muy buena elección.
Habitación cómoda, buen sommier, frigobar, caja de seguridad y todo lo necesario para que nuestra estadía sea genial. La ubicación nos encantó, en una zona tranquila y residencial, caminando hemos recorrido la ciudad, pudimos estacionar frente al hotel sin coste. El desayuno fabuloso!! Muy completo! El hotel estaba en plena refacción pero no nos afectó en lo más mínimo.
Cuenta con restaurante. Realmente encantados con la experiencia, volvería sin dudarlo.
Destaco en recepción a Anjana, Ana y Nicole que han estado atentas a nuestros requerimientos.
