this hotel needs full renovation. I would never say it’s 4-star hotel. Basic things were missing (like soap next to sink, hairdryer).
Estaba limpio
Relación calidad precio horrible. Carísimo para lo que es. No habia parking por culpa de que estaban de obras y nos avisaron después de la reserva. 1h para aparcar cada dia. Encima nos despertaron a martillazos a las 9 de la mañana. Fuimos a Valladolid con motivo de las fiestas y la estancia fue horrible. Ni pudimos disfrutar ni pudimos descansar. Encima pagamos una pasta para nada, para andar sufriendo y mal agusto. Eso sí el hotel nos obsequió con una botella de agua de 500ml por las molestias. Manda huevos.
La atención del personal
Que estaba en obras, y no se podía acceder al aparcamiento, y tuvimos que buscar aparcamiento en las calles, y acceder por entrada provisional.
Nos avisaron demasiado tarde que estaban en obras y el acceso no era el mejor

Tampoco avisaron que admitían mascotas y dejaron en la habitación cama y comedero para perros no me pareció bien
Todo. Accesible, gran atención, cómodo, buena situación, muy buenas habitaciones e instalaciones...
