Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, tanto como para arrancar caminando o tomarse el subte. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien equipadas. El personal, amable y servicial.

Cons:

Mínimos detalles como que los dispensers de jabón y shampoo de la ducha no funcionaban, y que no te pongan agua de cortesía, es un detalle que no cuesta nada y suma un monton.

For what I paid, which was quite expensive, the hotel is not worth it. In the morning, it is noisy because the cleaning staff slam doors and speak loudly. Every time they slam a door in the nearby room or storage area, the pressure makes the door of my room feel as if it is opening. Big problem on the door.

I also found a long hair on the bed as soon as I entered the room.

The reception staff is very kind. However, they made a mistake and charged a reservation that should have been processed through a corporate booking to my personal card, which was only meant for the security deposit.

The rooms, like most rooms in Manhattan, are tiny. Even staying alone, I found it difficult.

I will not come back. Although the hotel is new, it is not worth it.
