Fabulous Location - But Tiny Room & Bathroom for the price
Pros:

Location is fabulous. Bathrooms are too small. Price for this room is very high given the size of the room and bathroom. It’s not fair to charge the guest for drinking water bottles and should be complimentary given that the tariff is so high.

Nice property and they make you feel very welcomed.
Pros:

Nice location, nice part of Manhattan. Walkable to a lot of key places, restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Staff super friendly, especially the guys at the entrance.

They did a good job making us feel welcomed.

Room is a good size, comfortable.

Will definitely consider it for my next trip.

Cons:

Elevator rush hour (mornings), room and toilet lighting too dim and sometimes flickered.

Great location - nice rooms!
Pros:

The rooms are spacious for New York and updated. Our room was also super quiet which is hard to find in the city. The bed and pillows were super comfy

Cons:

No complaints - the doorman didn’t help me with my bags into my uber which I did find a little rude

Great location, house keeping can be improved

Cons:

Housekeeping was lacking. Coffee mugs and glasses were skipped daily. Had to remind them everyday. General cleaning in the room was poor. Room was very dark with dim lighting.

Great location. Professional, attentive, and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a terrific location, and the staff could not have been more frendly, helpful, and professional. We were truly grateful for that. And we would stay at the hotel again. The rating of average owes to the sound and underperformance of the air conditioning in a stifling NYC summer.

Will not waste my money here again. Disappointing

Location was good and nice design

Cons:

The picture of the room was not the same as the one we stayed in. There were no windows except one tiny one and it was facing a wall. Outside the room was a big AC unit that cooled the corridor and we could hear it all night. The breakfast area has no daylight so they had to put extra lamps on tables so you can see your food, I also had sour milk in my latte and when I complained they told me the carton still had two weeks before expiry lol. Staff not friendly, or helpful. Elevators take forever and staff also have to use them to service rooms.
