Estuvo muy bien en general. Su buena ubicación, buen desayuno, tiene parking, la habitación era muy cómoda y espaciosa. Todo estuvo muy limpio y los empleado fueron muy amables.

The location
...all the rest. I submitted an official complaint before checking out due to our terrible stay. The main negative points were:
Smoking Odor: A strong smell of smoke came from the adjacent room, which was connected to ours by an adjoining door. After speaking with reception in person and following up by phone, it took nearly two hours to get a response—only to be told that the staff could do nothing to stop the guests from smoking inside their room. As a result, we had to sleep in a room filled with smoke all night.
Hygiene Upon Arrival: The bathtub was dirty when we checked in. Maintenance had to clean it with chemical products so strong that we were forced to leave the room with our child to avoid inhaling dangerous fumes. (Please see a photo of the bathtub upon our arrival).
Facilities: The property shows clear signs of neglect and decay, including outdated rooms, lack of air conditioning in the hallways, a loud and poorly functioning in-room AC unit, sound isolation between rooms and towards the exterior, and an insufficient number of working elevators.
Additionally, communicating with the staff was extremely difficult for non-Spanish speakers, particularly at night. The night reception staff spoke no English at all, and the rest of the staff's English proficiency throughout our stay was highly inadequate, making clear communication nearly impossible. (Fortunately, my wife is fluent in Spanish; otherwise, it would have been unmanageable.)
