Great place to stay in Alicante
Pros:

Really good property overall. The staff are amazing, very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and got everything you need. It is also close to everything (shops, city centre and the beach).

Buena experiencia. La ubicación del hotel es buena, el desayuno impecable, con variedad y calidad, y la habitación confortable. Todo contribuyó a que nuestra estadía fuera agradable. Una buena opción para volver.

un aspecto importante a mejorar es la atención del personal de recepción. En nuestra experiencia, no contaban con información suficiente sobre los servicios y aspectos relacionados con el hotel, lo que dificultó recibir orientación clara y precisa.
Sería recomendable reforzar la capacitación del personal de recepción, ya que es el primer punto de contacto con los pasajeros y cumple un papel fundamental en la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Alicante is zeker de moeite waard, maar het hotel was een afknapper.
Pros:

-Ontbijt : uitstekend .
voldoende variatie.

Cons:

-Kamer : klein , deprimerend ,onvoldoende licht en verlichting , het gevoel van een ziekenhuiskamer.,
-Te kleine vuile venster met uitzicht op muren van aangrenzende gebouwen ,je kon vanuit uw kamer niet zien of het weer betrokken of zonnig was .

Overall I would not recommend for this price.
Cons:

The receptionist said they can’t call the hospital from their hotel phone. I don’t speak Spanish, don’t have a local SIM card, it was crucial for me.
