Widok i lokalizacja są wspaniałe.

Cons:

Nasz pokój w niczym nie przypomniał tego ze zdjęć. Za małym, brudnym oknem, były schody techniczne, po których cały czas chodzili pracownicy hotelu, zaglądając wprost na łóżko w pokoju. Personel nie pomógł i nie starał się pomóc w tej sytuacji. Porada personelu: zamknij żaluzje/ zasłoń okno.

Fantastic location and excellent staff
Pros:

This is a fantastically well located hotel overlooking the first tee of Royal Dornoch Goof Club.
The staff are fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable.
Our room (one of the 3rd floor suites ) was sensational.

alte muffige Teppiche, Aussicht auf die Mülltonnen, Klinke am Bad kaputt, verwinkelte Irrwege zu den Zimmern, einer von uns hatte das Zimmer neben der Küche, nur die Oberlichter der Fenstern waren zu öffnen mit katastrophaler Mechanik, Lüftung und Heizungen machten viel zu laute Geräusche, 250 Pfund wenn die Dusche den Feueralarm auslöst (der größte Blödsinn, den ich jemals in einem Hotel gelesen habe) usw. – und das für einen Preis für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. In Deutschland hätte es eventuell 2 Sterne bekommen, wäre aber bei der Hygiene und Sicherheit durchgefallen.

Pleasant enough but could have been much better.

Cons:

The last morning the breakfast service was very slow and nothing was served in time or together. I think there was some equipment malfunction and not enough staff to help resolve.

Great location and nice views.
Pros:

The staff is exceptional and welcoming. The food is good at the restaurant. The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. Loved the location - we walked down to the Dornoch castle whiskey bar for drams and would recommend. Nice views from hotel. We don't even play golf but would stay here again.

Cons:

It's an older building so expect some noise to travel. Not sure if this would be all year round but lots of seagull noise early in the morning - I wore earplugs and was fine.
